Very spacious and airy. Loved the wet room and being able to eat in conservatory
Only thing was not being able to sit on sofa to watch TV but it was not a big deal.

Everything was new and clean. It has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a modern kitchen with new appliances. In a quiet street a quick walk from the local shop and cafe. Also close to the River Tay which has a lovely riverside walking path. Off street parking is always a bonus too.
