Lovely flat, brilliant location, very helpful and responsive host. Would highly recommend.
The location was superb. The flat was quiet. Plenty of space for a 1 bedroom property. Thoughtfully fitted out. Very helpful and responsive host. Brilliant bakery (Aran) just round the corner - see photo of chocolate and hazelnut croissant.
The shower was quite small and not very powerful. The heating was a bit fiddly to adjust.

cosy and comfy house
It was just center of Dunkeld town so I could go anywhere in Dunkeld or Birnam easily. Also It was easy to check in and out. And room was cosy warm enough and had all convinient things for staying. Even there was electric mattress pad on the bed which make you sleep well. If I visit Dunkeld again I would stay this apartment

I had an amazing stay at this flat in Dunkeld. The location was truly extraordinary, surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect for exploring the area. The flat itself was cosy, comfortable, and ideal for a much‑needed break from the city. Everything felt just right, making it a wonderful getaway spot that I’d happily return to.

Perfect cosy stay
The location was perfect and close to all local pubs and restaurants. The place had everything needed for the stay. It was cosy and warm and perfect. The bed was very comfortable with electric blankets for the cold. Lovely apartment overall.

Great value, comfy and cosy
Comfy bed, good kitchen supplies, tv and netflix access, responsive and friendly host, close to good shops, I had a great stay!
There were weird issues with the water/plumbing, but when I told the host about these issues, he took them well and said he will get them looked into.
