Central location, there is a walk near by you can watch the deer, all places we had food in were fab and you have to be a big eater, always lots on your plate, everyones friendly.

Perfect location in the heart of Dunkeld village. Cathedral, café/pubs etc on your doorstep. Comfy bed and powerful rain shower (though in bath, so perhaps not great if mobility is an issue). Shout out to the neighbouring Perth Arms Hotel which serves delicious, well-priced pub grub.
Flat obviously used regularly by a smoker as strong smell pervades. Might not suit an asthmatic person. TV was erratic, so that needs looking at.

This apartment was stunning. Perfect location as we were attending a wedding.
If you are staying a weekday the parking is very limited. However, when we came back after 5 pm we were able to get parked.

location is perfect, comfy bed, warm and welcoming, well equipped.
a little dated, overdid the complementary wine but then lacked basics- eg ran out of loo roll on 1st day & no toiletries. Wardrobes cluttered - full of boxes / spare linen.
no flexibility for accessing earlier than 3pm, which on a cold day is frustrating.

Location was amazing , and flat very comfortable and relaxing.
There was a smell of cigarettes in the hallway and kitchen , fag doubts on the front step at plant pot

Brilliant location, had everything that we needed
The hallway and kitchen smelled very strongly of smoke. When I contacted the host they said that this would settle once we opened doors as the residents in the flat below smoke. Unfortunately the smell remained throughout our stay. Also some of The towels were dirty and one of the duvet covers was dirty.

In a beautiful setting with a lovely courtyard and onward view. Clean and well presented.
A wee bit too Scottish for me but tourists would love the antler light fitting and antler above the fire. Double bed mattress too soft but again only my personal preference.

I didn’t get left a bottle of wine this time!

The modern appliances
The dining table
The location
The beds
Smell of tobacco as soon as you walk in. Hung around all week
Cleanliness - dust and cobwebs everywhere
No instructions for recycling
Missing basics- Had to buy own toilet paper, kitchen roll, cling film and no tin foil. No cooking oil

Perfect location! Comfortable and within walking distance of so many sights as well as coop and restaurants.
Someone downstairs is a cigar smoker but we only smelled it twice. Opening windows easily remedied the issue.

First of all, I love Dunkeld (family ties) so I'm biased. But, the location is perfect. In the centre of town, but quiet. The entrance is off St Ninian's Gardens, which is a beautiful community area. The Cathedral grounds and Riverside walks are literally a stone's throw away and more challenging walks begin nearby. Further afield there are numerous other wonderful places to visit.
The property has lots of character, is exceptionally clean, tidy and well appointed. Lots of books and information to hand and a fascinating history of the previous owner.
Dunkeld has a number of good places to eat and drink, many within walking distance. A friendly and beautiful place to stay.
Already planning our return.
Finding a parking space outside can sometimes be challenging, but we always managed to find somewhere convenient. I wouldn't let it put you off.

Fabulous location for exploring Perthshire (and beyond).
Train to Edinburgh, took a drive one day up to the Spey Valley and Cairngorm National Park.
Day to Dundee, St Andrews and Anstruther.
Beautiful scenery around Dunkeld, walks along the Tay, to the Hermitage.
Property had everything we needed, amazing shower, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen.

Stayed in this apartment/flat for a week and had absolutely no complaints. The flat is a listed building and as such has lots of character with a very modern touch. Loved the location and flat. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Cosy and clean. A lovely flat to relax in. We loved the location, close to shops and restaurants but quiet.
It was so lovely to come in from a walk and relax in front of the gas fire.
There was a wee book that was helpful for finding everything in the flat.
The only thing was to supply more dishwasher tablets!

Die Lage ist einfach bestens! Tolles Interieur. Man könnte auch länger bleiben
Aufhänger für Kleidung wären gut. Besonders im Eingangsbereich
