it is near the sea. the lady who meets you is sweet.

it smelled really strongly of bad drains. The hot water tank was unplugged, so no hot water. the position on Booking.com is wrong by about 0.5km.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, bardzo pomocna właścicielka, apartament ma wszystko co potrzebne

Apartament położony jest w bloku na 5 piętrze, z windą i z zamykanym parkingiem. Do plaży kilka minut piechotą, 3 min piechotą dobrze wyposażony supermarket Mercadona i kilka barów/restauracji. Okolica spokojna, do centrum Villajoyosa można dotrzeć w 15 min spacerkiem. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko potrzebne na wyjeździe: ekspres do kawy, mikrofalówka, toster, wyciskarka do pomarańczy (!), piekarnik i duża lodówka z zamrażarką. Jest też zmywarka do naczyń i pralka. Łóżka wygodne, duży stół, wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla 4 osób. Właścicielka Ursula jest bardzo pomocna, odpowiada na pytania i jest bardzo elastyczna. W apartamencie było czyściutko.

W jednej z sypialni okienko jest bardzo małe, kilkanaście cm kwadratowych, przez co jest tam bardzo ciemno, światło też jest dość ciemne. Szafkom w kuchni przydałaby się już wymiana, ale wszystko działa, po prostu wyposażenie nie jest najnowocześniejsze. Byliśmy na przełomie stycznia i lutego, poranki były chłodne, dogrzewaliśmy się klimatyzacją i to było wystarczające, nie było zimno. Natomiast wiały bardzo silne wiatry, a w związku z tym, że to 5. piętro i jedna ściana jest praktycznie cała z okien + żaluzje, to ledwo dało się spać ze względu na hałas. W bezwietrzne dni było super, apartament jest bardzo słoneczny, ale przy wietrze było nieprzyjemnie. To niestety wina tylko pogody.

Lo que más nos gustó es la atención y el mimo con el que nos trataron al llegar. Se hizo muy fácil todo y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y limpio. Es idéntico a lo que muestran las fotos.

Perfekt.

Alles war super. Die Kommunikation, die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Super nah am Strand. Supermarkt um die Ecke. 30 min von Alicante. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, weil man mehrere Tore mit verschriebene Schlüssen öffnen musste um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Auch das Auto war auf einem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz sicher.

Velmi příjemný byt s krásným výhledem na Playa Paraíso. Velmi jsme ocenili možnost parkování v uzavřeném dvoře. Paní Ursula i její dcerka jsou obě moc milé a ochotné. Moc děkujeme za milou pozornost v podobě vína a místní čokolády pro děti. Pokud se někdy vydáme do Villajoyosa, rádi se k vám vrátíme!

GENIAL COMO EN TU PROPIA CASA

ÚRSULA ES UN ENCANTO, AMABLE, ATENTA Y DISPUESTA AYUDARTE EN TODO. El apartamento equipado completamente con buen gusto, acogedor, párking dentro de la urbanización TE SIENTES COMO EN CASA 😃 Tienes a 5 min caminando el Mercadona....a otros 5 min la playa o una cala (son playas de piedra) pero no están masificadas. Al lado del apartamento tienes un estanco y 3 bares donde se puede comer,tomar algo. A escasos 20 min dando un paseo puedes llegar algún chiringuito de playa.

Pues que se acabarán los días de fiesta y relax jejeje

Estancia espectacular con vistas al mar

La enfitriona es en encanto, nos ha estado esperando en la puerta, muy simpática, detallista, pendiente de que todo estuviera bien en todos los sentidos. La casa muy bien decorada al detalle, limpia, con todas las necesidades y con unas vistas espectaculares al mar y a la montaña. Volveremos sin duda. 100% recomendable

Perfecto y recomendable

Úrsula nos esperaba puntualmente a entregarnos las llaves. Todo bien explicado, realmente amable. El apartamento completo, buena decoración y limpieza. La cocina completa (con lavavajillas, horno, tostadora...) no le faltaba nada. Sin ruidos de los vecinos y camas cómodas. Muy completo. La ubicación es realmente buena, con una de las mejores playas al lado. Creo que Úrsula es una de las mejores personas con las que se puede tratar para los alojamientos, realmente atenta en los detalles, muy recomendable y sin duda, repetiré.

Limpieza y comodidad

El apartamento es precioso y está muy bien cuidado y no le falta nada de equipacion. Si vuelvo a visitar villajoyosa no buscaría otro sitio. La zona es tranquila con aparcamiento y nos han tratado de 10 además nos recomendaron donde comer y han acertado de lleno. Muchas gracias a Ursula y mayte

Perfecte plek met uitzicht op zee en een perfecte host

Een mooie plek aan zee met beneden ook restaurants en supermarkt 2 min. Echt de host Ursula was een geweldige vrouw die haar zaken goed op orde heeft. Uitermate vriendelijk. Heeft een uur ruim op ons gewacht toen we in de file stonden vanaf het vliegveld.

Apartamento muy acogedor y completo en zona tranquila y con todos los servicios

Para nosotros tiene una ubicación excepcional, porque está en un lugar tranquilo al lado de una bonita playa (playa Paraíso) y corto paseo a otras playas. Con un Mercadona a 5 minutos a pie y algún restaurante al lado o muy cerca del alojamiento. El centro del pueblo si quieres más ambiente y/o una gran playa de arena, está a unos 30 minutos, pudiéndose ir por un bonito paseo (parte de él a pie de mar). El apartamento tiene todas las facilidades, equipamiento y accesorios necesarios. Ursula, la anfitriona, muy amable y pendiente en todo momento, desde la reserva hasta nuestra partida por si necesitábamos algo.

La tranquilidad y lo bien equipado que estaba, sobre todo la cocina, a día de hoy es el apartamento mejor equipado en el que he alojado, no le faltaba detalle, Úrsula muy amable y muy pendiente de que tuviéramos una buena estancia, súper recomendable.
