Pleased about where we'd chosen to stay.

Comfortable apartment - ground floor was good. Very handy location - away from the main road, close to the School of Music, and also to the city centre. Generally the bus service was good and close by - and niot too far from Cathays station.

Served our purposes for visiting family for the weekend but wouldn’t describe it as exquisite

Bright and warm, good location

Inadequate crockery and cutlery for 4 people to eat even for breakfast. There was only one teaspoon and 2bowls! Not completely clean Bathroom didn’t have a lock Fire blanket was missing Contents of bins outside scattered Host contacted us to see how it was but then didn’t act on any of the above when we replied

Exquisite Long-Term Living Stay Experience

The location - it is very near to my son's college (Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama RWCMD) and his hall (right in the middle between the two locations). The house is located on a main road so it is easy to access places, and there is a bus stop nearby. We also like the fact that the kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking essentials (even though some are somewhat worn, and maybe damaged by previous tenants). Also the house comes with a washing machine so we can do laundry, and it has a towel heating rack in the bathroom so we can dry our clothes.

The front door - one window is broke and boarded, giving me some creeps when I first approached the house. Also the back gate cannot be locked fully, and the french door curtain is a bit thin so can somewhat see through at night from the outside. Would feel safer if the gate can be locked and the curtain is heavier and offers more privacy.

Great location for a short stay in Cardiff

The apartment was very close to Cardiff city centre (about 10 minutes walk) and it had its own parking at the rear of the property. Inside the apartment, it was well maintained, had a nice shower room and had good fittings throughout. It was a great location for a break based in Cardiff or the south Wales coast.

I felt that more attention could have been paid to the external areas of the property, such as the shared hallway and rear and front yards, to make sure that they were clean and tidy, like the inside of the apartment. Also, first impressions count, and finding the front door with a broken window and a large industrial size waste bin in the middle of the front entrance, is not the first impression expected from a property making use of the work “exquisite”. These things could be easily addressed.

Really helpful host, brilliant location.

The host was the most responsive we’ve ever had in 20 years using booking.com. There were road closures due to a blackweir concert event and he sorted our parking at the last minute. Great shower with amazing toiletries. Well equipped with tea bags olive oil etc.

Parking bays at the back not clearly labelled. Building not numbered so we had to figure it out from neighbours numbers.

Deceiving experience, renting a dirty place…

It is a pleasant and light flat

On arrival the instructions to get the key were not given properly and it took a while to get it. It was not clean inside but the back outdoor area was littered with rubbish as well as the front of the house; no one came in to clean it when I complained. I asked to be partly refunded and they refused saying that ‘these things happened’. No they should not happen and having good reviews shouldn’t allow some equally paying customers to have to bear a dirty floor as well as a disgustingly littered with rubbish outside. The neighbours above were also extremely noisy on the first night.

La ubicaci´´on del apartamento es ideal, a 10 minutos del centro de Cardiff , junto a un parque enorme y con plaza de aparcamientp. El Host fue super comunicativo y atento, todo lo que le pedimos nos lo solucinó super rápido.

El colchón de la cama principal no es muy cómodo. Demasiado blando y no pude descansar bien. En el baño falta un espejo, está el soporte, pero no el cristal del espejo. La vajilla y utensilios de cocina son algo limitados.
