Location, parking, open and spacious, bright and airy. Good sized bedrooms and good facilities.

Less a not like, more an area for consideration of improvement:- mattresses were a little soft, towels a little on the small size and the utensils in the kitchen were limited. That said we ate out for most of our stay.

Small things let it down

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. There was parking right outside. Toys were provided for children.

A bucket (open) of industrial paint and paintbrushes had been left in the bathroom where a wall needed painting - this was not very toddler friendly. There were no dishwasher tablets (not even one to get us started) and no tea towels had been provided so we couldn't wash up. The apartment should have an information booklet so guests know how to turn on the hot water, how to use the television etc. - the information on the board was not sufficient and was focussed more on what is not allowed, rather than ensuring the guests have a good experience. Not the owner's fault but the road to the apartment was closed (3am until 6pm) on the day we left so we had to move the car the day before to a different location and pay £20 for parking. Apparently it is quite common in the summer for roads in Cardiff to be closed for events (e.g. running, cycling), so worth checking before you stay as the owner was not aware of this and therefore did not let us know in advance, which put a dampner on our trip.

We had a wonderful time in Cardiff and this stay at the property was fantastic!

Well kept, clean, easy to get to and close to city centre! Had everything we needed for our stay and our point of contact kept us informed and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this place.

Very comfy 2 bed apartment.

Brilliant two bed apartment. Very cosy, both beds are huge, and 20 min walk through the park to the centre (or 5 mins on bus). Easy entry, all properly explained from the owner. No fuss. Also bigger IRL than I expected! How often does that happen?

Aussenbereich nicht nutzbar, sonst ok

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, der Sitzbereich ist mit vier Stühlen ausgestattet.

Ausserhalb der Wohnung gibt es Ratten und Müll. Den Sitzbereich vor der Türe haben wir nicht genutzt. Zu wenig Stühle und der zweimalige Besuch einer Ratte haben uns davon abgehalten. Im Kieselboden dort befanden sich recht viele Kippen. Das Mülltonnenhaus war komplett vollgefüllt. Die bodentiefe Türe konnten wir zum Lüften nicht nutzen, der Rattenbesuch hat uns abgeschreckt.
