Good communication prior to stay with no issue with codes, accommodation was clean and of a high standard the location was great for exploring the city.
The front doo to the building (not the flat itself) was an issue in the end everyone who was staying in the flats was putting it on the latch, which reduced security. Also the rubbish had not been cleared for a number of weeks which was a concern but this was cleared on our last day of the stay.

Zentrale Lage, die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Der eigene Parkplatz ist inbegriffen. Die Ausstattung deckt alle Grundbedürfnisse ab.
Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist stark vermüllt, da die Abfallentsorgung nicht zu funktionieren scheint. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster reicht nicht aus, um den Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße zu reduzieren.
