Cozy home away in Bologna

Easy check-in as Sabrina contacted me and guided me through the process. The apartament is big. Bigger than what we expected. All the utilities and utensils are complete. Basically it really feels like home. We really love the unit. Comfy bed, cozy sofa and great kitchen. There's a desk for working too. It's great since I still need to work. Sabrina provided some pastries for breakfast. It's a nice touch. There's no elevator in the unit. So, if you need one, dont book this place and later complain about it!!! We didnt mind to climb the stairs even with some luggages. The location is in quite neighbourhood. It took us around 40min walk to the city center. There's a bus stop close by but we still prefer walking. All in all...it's great place to stay for non-fussy people. If you're picky please book a hotel. We love the place and will comeback again if we ever visit Bologna again.

Normal value for money

Easy access with app, clear instructions, clean house and functional facilities (washing m, dryer, dish washer etc.) helpful host.

No elevator, 25 minutes walk to centre, closed air flow in the building, you can smell all the time what others cook…

Comfortable and cozy apartment in a walkable neighborhood

It felt like we had the comforts of home in this cozy apartment. It was spacious and well-stocked. There is plenty of storage for clothing and suitcases, bags, etc. The access to laundry was huge plus. The design of the space was appealing and nicely done.

The property doesn’t have a lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I can imagine for some it might be a challenge. I also want to mention that although the property is listed as non-smoking unfortunately there is a very subtle cigarette odor which left a lasting scent on clothing I had stored in the closets and drawers.

This is a fabulous apartment to relax in for a few days. It’s just outside old city but has restaurants and 2 delicious

Beautiful apartment in Bologna with a lovely host

Sabrina gave us very clear instructions for getting in the apartment and reassured us that she could help if we needed any assistance. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and comfortable with everything that we needed for a self-catering break. It was nicely decorated and clean with high standard fixtures and furniture and a very comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the croissants, cakes and jam and the coffee pods that Sabrina left for us. We liked the location (up 6 flights of stairs) because it gave us a great view of the local area, felt private and gave us daily exercises walking up and down to it. It is situated on a long street with lots of local shops and eateries and only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is also very close to a bus stop which we found useful for traveling to the station. Sabrina was very helpful throughout our stay, checking that we were okay and always responding quickly to any queries.

Despite the height of the apartment and the shutters, there is still quite a bit of traffic noise but it is close to the city on a main road so what do you expect really? Some instructions for using the kitchen equipment (e.g. induction hob) and TV would have been useful

Great short stay in Bologna

Everything was great - the apartment was very clean, comfortable, quiet and the host was friendly & communicative.

Perfecto

Everything was perfect. The access was easy, the house was really cosy and clean - even better than how it looks in the pictures. You can find tea, coffee and pastries provided by the host. Little bonus: the host left us an olive oil bottle - made by their family- as a welcome gift.

Upscale place good for a longer stay. Issues with parking and no elevator.

The apartment itself is certainly worth the money we paid (was 50%) so I got to rate it 10. But it's got some problems (parking, no elevator...) making it not good for everyone (see below). The Apartment itself is a very nice, upscale place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has good heating, AC, new kitchen., washer, dryer, perfect bathroom, excellent bed and so on.

Parking - don't see a garage nearby while street parking is not available anywhere near if you needed it late evening Third floor without elevator.

Schlafcouch leider sehr unbequem Sehr laut da das Apartment direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein und Frühstück welches inkl. ist - sind in Plastik verpackte Croissants aus dem Supermarkt

Kontakt z właścicielem - Pani Właściciel - była bardzo uprzejma - bardzo szybko odpowiada na pytania w aplikacji. Bardzo dobre sniadania p slodkie bułeczki - mleko - sok- kawa - herbata. Mieszkanie przestrone i przytulne - posciel i reczniki wszysto czyste i pachnące.

Z Soboty na nieDziele - bardzo głośno w nocy - ciągle przejeżdzające samochody i skutery. Hałas do pożnich godzin nocnych - bardzo cieżko zasnac - w tygodniu peroblemu nie było.

Appartamento stupendo, vicino al centro, dotato di tutti i confort. 3° piano senza ascensore

Casa a dir poco meravigliosa, grande, spaziosa, moderna ed arredata con molto gusto. Tutto nuovissimo e curato nel dettaglio. Presenti tutto il necessario per poter cucinare volendo, anche lavastoviglie magari utile per soggiorni più lunghi.

tutto stupendo, peccato che 3° piano a piedi senza ascensore, con le valigie ed i bimbi piccoli purtroppo non comodissimo. Presenti merendine confezionate e marmellatine per colazione, magari ho trovato più confortevole in altre case l'uso di voucher presso un bar vicino, in modo tale da avere colazione fresca.
