Warm welcome and quick check-in from the young barman. Impressively spacious, well equipped room - including a fridge. The bed was super comfy, I slept great. I was staying for a work event in Edinburgh. Much cheaper than staying in the city and only 5mins stroll to the railway station which has a very regular service. I sadly didn't visit the friendly locals bar as I had an early drive the next day. I'd definitely stay again.

Room was immaculatly clean and bed comfortable, great location for what I needed
There was a broken orange light outside that flashed on and off all night lighting up the room and there was no hot water at all in the morning for my shower. Had to wash in cold water in the sink. Disappointing
