There was no microwave and there is definitely no ocean view from the property, this needs to be removed from the advert, very unprofessional and misleading

Tidy with all the basics!

Just a short bus ride into town, this was a very clean and tidy base, perfect for a couple of nights. The space is basic, but this was the best value we found during the Fringe festival, and the staff were nice and responsive.

It would have been great to have a few more cooking/kitchen facilities.

Pleasant but not what i expected

Lovely room but couldn't see any 'sea-view'. Really clean and tidy. Excellent communication from the host - explanations as necessary. Rules for other guests make it an acceptable place to stay if all comply.

Noisy road outside I'm not used to. I like fresh air but with the noisy road had the window shut.

Lovely property, recommended, & would stay again. Do note that it is a share of 3 bedroom apartment.

Overall an enjoyable and affordable stay in the property. The price includes a double room with desk and chair, communal front room, with microwave & fridge, and shared use of a shower room & WC. All spaces through out were clean and well presented. Amenities within 1-2 minutes walking included bus stops, and takeaways and a supermarket & the beach about 5 minutes away.

After some reflection I felt The booking.com listing wasn't fully transparent that this property is a room in a shared flat. I want to repeat The services were good, the apartment very clean and adequate, the location suited me and the price point was ok. Although in the listing there are references to "own room" I felt it wasn't clear that the WC / bathroom & front room were shared with other residents. however I only had very brief contact with the other residents and they were a nice couple, so definitely no complaints regarding the stay or its organisation and communication.

Nice place to stay

We got exactly what we'd been advertised. The room was nice & cozy, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, including the shared bathroom. Wi-Fi speed was good (I attended a couple of meetings without significant connection issues)

There wasn't any cutlery provided, as well as no kitchen sink or refrigerator. A trip to the city center takes around 25-30 mins, although the buses are quite frequent

Trop cher

Franchement très déçu, quartier bof. Il faut enlever ses chaussures avant d'entrer mais il y a même pas de carpette, donc on marche sur du béton. Lorsqu'on a ouvert la porte de la chambre, on était contre le lit. Produit de douche de chez Lidl. J'ai rien contre, mais a 300 euros ( 250 livres) la nuit, on peut s'arrendre a mieux. Pas de cuisine, ni de petit déjeuner possible. Bouilloire non accessible de 21h00 à 9h00.

Eu gostei de tudo. Foi aconchegante e confortável. Tudo limpo e quieto. A anfitriã é um amor, me ajudou com as malas, pq meu marido estava no hospital com pedra na vesícula.

Muy buena conexión al centro

Una zona tranquila para salir del bullicio de Edimburgo era muy bien conectado con el centro por varios autobuses, si volviese me quedaría por la zona. En el alojamiento hemos tenido todo lo que se anunciaba y hemos tenido comunicación constante con veronica, los demás huéspedes muy respetuosos

Es muy comodo y muy limpio, tambien la zona no hay muchos coches por ende se descansa muy bien, ademas para ir al centro no hay problema porque esta muy bien comunicado con los autobuses.
