Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, nicht die unterbliebene Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Reklamation.

Mitvermietet war ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Der Parkplatz konnte auf Grund von Bauarbeiten 5 Tage nicht genutzt werden. Trotz unserer Reklamation bei der Wohnungsübergabe und nochmals fünf Tage später erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung seitens des Vermieters. Wir hätten eine anteilige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erwartet.

Lækker lejlighed, stor balkon, uheldig med larm og dårlig sovesofa.

Stor balkon, ny bygning, fin indretning.

Larm (vinkelsliber) hele dagen, alle de dage vi boede der pga. byggearbejde i stueetagen. Sovesofaen er ikke særlig komfortabel og knirker utrolig meget.

Una casa comoda e accogliente

Struttura comoda e tranquilla. Tanto silenzio per chi vuole riposarsi o ha bisogno di concentrazione per lavorare. Spazi adeguati a 2+ persone, letto comodo, completo di tutto (o quasi). Tanti asciugamani e armadi per i soggiorni più lunghi. Per andare in centro ci si può spostare sia in auto che a piedi. Ben collegata anche con l'area commerciale e l'ospedale. Parcheggio privato, ascensore, terrazza. Ottima accoglienza.

Unico consiglio: integrare un po' il kit di base, almeno con qualche capsula per il caffè e una bottiglia di acqua nel frigorifero.

Appartamento nuovo. Ben organizzato dai piccoli utensili ai grandi elettrodomestici come lavastoviglie e lavatrice che possono sembrare superflue ma sono un valore aggiunto. La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla e silenziosa. Parcheggio interno riservato. Personale disponibile anche agli imprevisti.

Tolle Wohnung - Bett im Wohnzimmer passt von Schlafqualität nicht dazu! (quietscht auch laut)

tolle Lage, eigener super Parkplatz, modern, sauber... großer Balkon

Als Eltern haben wir auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, das war suboptimal in der zweiten Nacht wanderte die Matratze auf den Boden - das ging dann ganz gut. Es ging uns das Klopapier aus... hier sollte man nicht sparen, kann passieren:-)
