Tout sans exception ! Le lieu est parfait , 👍 l'accueil était parfait , le propriétaire a été très accueillant et sympa avec nous. L'appartement est super bien équipé si nous voulons manger ici et ne manque de rien. La literie est très confortable. Très proche du centre, garage inclus donc pratique niveau sécurité . Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas été dans un logement aussi parfait . Pour résumer : Propre , pratique , bien positionné, familial et spacieux.

Ottima posizione e bellissima casa

Letti comodissimi, appartamento spazioso ed accogliente, oltre che attrezzatissimo. É ad un passo dal centro storico e c’è il parcheggio.

L’edificio non è insonorizzato per niente. Si sentono i rumori degli appartamenti sopra e sotto. Noi siamo capitati anche in un periodo in cui c’era un festival nel vicino Parco Giardino e si sentiva musica forte sino a tardi

Appartamento nuovo appena ristrutturato, ben arredato, pulito. La cortesia e gentilezza della Signora che ci ha accolto. Due camere matrimoniali, perfette per due amiche che vogliono mantenere un minimo di privacy.

Ευρύχωρο . Στον δεύτερο όροφο από σκάλες. Φασαρία από γείτονες που ακούγονται έντονα. Μάλλον μένουν αρκετοί αλλοδαποί στη πολυκατοικία. Ο οικοδεσπότης βιαστικός για να μας δώσει πληροφορίες. Έχει γκαράζ.

Σκάλες και φασαρία από το πάνω διαμέρισμα.Περπάτημα με ανηφόρα για το κέντρο. Περίεργη γειτονιά.

Alloggio straconsigliato per visitare la splendida Viterbo e i suoi dintorni!

L’alloggio è molto confortevole, spazioso e dotato di ogni cosa utile ad un soggiorno sia corto che più lungo. Nelle vicinanze supermercati e locali dove mangiare e il centro storico a 15 minuti di cammino. Matteo (l’host) ci ha accolti con cortesia e professionalità, mettendosi a disposizione per qualunque evenienza. È stata una delle migliori esperienze di soggiorno mai avute.

L’unico piccolo neo è il rumore fastidioso del vicinato…

Bellissimo Soggiorno a Viterbo.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene. Posizione strategica si raggiungere con 5 minuti il centro storico a piedi. Ottima la possibilità di avere il Garage! La casa è adatta a bambini e hanno la possibilità di avere il lettino senza portarlo da casa. Molto confortevole, pulita e ben arredata. Consigliatissimo!!!

Anche se non dipende direttamente da loro, la struttura ha le pareti molto leggere e si sentono i vicini. Soprattutto persone che abitano al piano superiore. La notte abbastanza tranquilla.

Alloggio razionale , pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Accoglienza perfetta e box a disposizione. Posizione ottimale per la visita del centro città

Una piccola cosa. Avrei preferito un cuscino meno morbido. Suggerisco di lasciarne a disposizione. Secondo piano senza ascensore
