Dishonest and uncaring owner.. he will leave you on the street…

Nothing as the owner canceled upon the day of arrival.. making it appear like I made the wrong booking and leaving me to figure out everything., he didn’t take any responsibility in this matter.

The attitude of the owner and the fact that he lied to booking about me wanting to cancel, luckily the service of booking was amazing and they helped me out ..

It was a very pleasant stay. Perfect location, everyone ne can visit all the city by walking. The apartment very nice, big one, clean and the owner very helpful. I would like to come back.

Un appartamento fantasma

Prenoti magari leggendo le recensioni, come fanno tante persone , pensando di passare una serata in terrazza e poi il terrazzo non c'è!!!! Ti ritrovi in un appartamento che guarda caso non è nominato in nessun articolo e se provi a capirci qualcosa con il proprietario ti risponde picche! Per di più nell' appartamento che hai dovuto prendere per forza, non funziona il wifi perché la password naturalmente è per l'altro appartamento, l bidet è otturato, in camera non c'è un comodino dove appoggiare le cose e il letto matrimoniale è formato da due singoli uniti.

Traumhafte Dachterrassenwohnung mit grandiosen Ausblicken auf die gesamte Altstadt von Viterbo

Eine schönere Unterkunft mit dieser großen Dachtewrrassenwohnung in Viterbo hätten wir uns kaum vorstellen können. Mit am höchsten Punkt der Stadt an einem kleinen Platz mit Parkplätzen gelegen, grandiose Ausblicke von sogar 2 Dachterrassen auf die gesamte Altstadt, wirklich unglaublich schön und ideenreich bis auf das Duschbad ausgebaut! Ausgang vom Schlaf und Wohnzimmer auf eine der beiden großen Terrassen. Erstaunlich die kleine Dusche für diese luxuriöse und ingesamt große Wohnung, ging aber. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben, wollten nachbuchen, aber die Wohnung war schon wieder vergeben.

Das soll keine Kritik sein, aber man sollte wissen, daß das mal palastartig hochgebaute Mehrfamilienhaus keinen Fahrstuhl hat und mit Gepäck das Treppenhaus sehr anstrengt. Aber man wird entschädigt, wenn man dann dieses wunderschöne Refugium betritt!

C.e logement est tres vaste et bien situe,dans un ancien immeuble.Une chambre est tres bien claire ,vaste.

3 etages a monter,nous n avons pas du tout apprecie le 2 couchage qui represente un reel danger,une plateforme en hauteur sans rambarde.Dommage.
