Excellent apartment, very spacious, there is everything you need in the apartment. The host was very welcoming, we had great communication before our stay. Felt like at home. Very silent apartment.

The heating could be better, it was a bit cold in the evenings.

A comfortable apartment which can serve as a good base from which to explore Viterbo

The apartment is decorated with character and spacious. The garden is really huge, which we didn't expect it to be just from the photos. Has many balconies.

The mattress could be more comfy.

We have stayed in very many apartments all over Europe but this is one of the best we have stayed in. The owner gave us a very warm welcome.

Excellent host. Warm and generous welcome. Spacious, stylish and complete appartement. Perfectly located (calm area, 10 minute walk to the heart of the city center, 5 minutes to the train station that brings you to Rome in approx. 1,5 hours). Lovely, genuine and well-preserved small Italian city. Lots of things to do in the direct surroundings (culture, nature, welness, shopping, even the beach is not that far). We stayed 9 nights, but two weeks would have been fine too. Thank you Emiliano!

We spent 8 days in October in this lovely, well appointed apartment - a real home away from home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, everything you need in the kitchen (including a nicely chilled, complimentary bottle of Montefiascone's famous Est! Est!! Est!!! wine), full dining room, large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of hot water, good beds with plenty of extra blankets, WIFI strong enough for streaming, a Conad supermarket within walking distance, and the historical centre of Viterbo [particularly the San Pellegrino quarter] a few minutes' walk away, all added up to an enjoyable stay. Our contact with Emiliano (who speaks English and lives nearby) was easy and friendly. We chose Viterbo as our base, as there are many amazing sights within a radius of circa an hour's drive. Not to be missed: Civita di Bagnoregio ('The Dying Town'), Orvieto, Tarquinia, the Farnese Palace in Caprarola, etc. We even drove down to Hadrian's Villa in Tivoli in just over an hour. In short, this centrally located, comfortable apartment more than met our expectations. Highly recommended.

Casa accogliente,ben arredata.Ci sono anche giochi di intrattenimento con molti spazi di relax.Si dorme bene in tranquillità e il parcheggio è vicino e comodo.Ci sono talmente tanti ricordi in questa casa che mi fa pensare che i loro proprietari sono persone speciali :l'accoglienza e la fiducia in chi vi alloggia è importante.

Bella casa grande e spaziosa, in 6 persone due bagni una vera salvezza!!! Il gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Palazzina silenziosa in una strada poco trafficata a due passi dalla stazione dei treni.

Forse la casa un po' fredda per via del riscaldamento condominiale.

Appartamento ,molto grande in posizione centrale,pulitissimo con tutti i comfort,Emiliano è di una provata e cristallina disponibilità e gentilezza.Consiglio a chi Viene a Viterbo questa struttura.

La strada di accesso è un po’ strettina: se avete un pullmino ci vuole attenzione.

Keine direkten Parkplätze vorhanden. Parkmöglickteit an einer Schule in der Nähe der Wohnung aber nur am Wochenende. Wahrscheinlich auch während der Ferienzeit.

Bell’appartamento, molto grande, un po’ démodé, ma molto pulito e accogliente

L'appartamento era grande, dotato di tutto, in ottima posizione per andare a piedi in centro città. Ottima pulizia e cura dell'appartamento tanto che sembrava di essere ospiti dei padroni di casa e non clienti anche se questo a volte questo mi metteva un po' a disagio perché avevo timore a toccare qualsiasi cosa.
