Great apartment for a overnight stop off.

The best things we loved about our overnight stay was the overall look of the property which was unique and quirky. The host was exceptional in his communication with us. Plus was extremely apologetic about certain things that were not made available as per our booking. This was fine because we were only staying a night. If you happen to be travelling in italy and need a quick stop off, I would recommend this apartment as it has everything you would need.

We were left a bit disappointed with the town because there wasn’t much to do although it had beautiful buildings. However we did have a good meal at the Trattoria L’archetto.

Fantastic location that is cental and close to the sights.

Fantastic location with parking relatively close. Very responsive staff for the questions we had. Great value. Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable furniture and a large tv. Host was great to work with!

Internet worked well but need to request it beforehand as it isn’t available without request. Host was quick to bring the modem over when asked. With the boiler/furnace in the kitchen we noticed a little smell of natural gas near it. When opening the windows it was better. There was no shower curtain so one would need to be careful when taking a shower to keep the water from getting on the bathroom floor.

Tutto perfetto!!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro storico di Viterbo, l’appartamento era pulitissimo e servito con i giusti comfort. Host estremamente gentile e disponibile. Rispecchia perfettamente il rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente.

Ottimo appartamento, grandein una palazzina antica proprio nel centro storico a due passi da Piazza dei Priori. Letto comodo e caldo, acqua della doccia bollente. Termosifoni caldi.

Zona tranquilla e ottima posizione nel centro storico di Viterbo. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato, confortevole e le stanze molto spaziose. Tutto molto carino! L’host abbastanza disponibile alle richieste e davvero gentile nel farci lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora all’interno dopo il check out.

Une étape de charme en cœur de ville

Leonardo a réagi très vite à notre demande tardive et nous l'en remercions ! L'appartement a beaucoup de cachet, il est très calme et superbement équipé, y compris pour recharger les appareils connectés (prises avec port USB)

Casa comoda, accogliente e spaziosa. Efficiente tranne che per piccoli particolari. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha perfino omaggiato di lenzuola, servizio che è a pagamento. Ottima la comunicazione con lui. Ci tornerei volentieri

Il bagno non era molto pulito, pavimento e lavandino lasciavano a desiderare. In cucina necessario avere un buon coltello e un paio di forbici. Il mio soggiorno è stato breve altrimenti lo avrei chiesto al proprietario che sicuramente me li avrebbe forniti.

A 100m de la rue piétonne centrale.

- Draps et serviettes non incluses dans le prix annoncé (+12€ pour 2 personnes). Le linge est généralement toujours inclu. - Paiement compliqué... Sur place par virement ça ne fonctionnait pas, donc cash déposé au lieu d'un simple virement par Booking qui aurait été plus pratique. - pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, celle de la cuisine ne pouvant être ouverte

Viaggio per lavoro, Che dire... Posizione in pieno centro storico, parcheggio vicino, proprietario molto disponibile cialde del caffè gratuite lenzuola che sembravano appena uscite dalla lavanderia... È una di quelle pochissime occasioni in cui penso che la richiesta economica sia fin troppo giusta rispetto al servizio ricevuto P.s. ho dovuto posticipare il mio orario di arrivo, e con il self check-in è stato semplice e comodo accedere

La ubicación es excelente! La casa esta en un edificio antiguo dentro del casco histórico. Hay vestigios de humedad pero el anfitrión ha puesto especialmente en la habitacion deshumidificadores. Leo ha sido muy atento con nuestras peticiones, muy comunicativo y ha dado instrucciones claras para el check in, check out, y atento a cualquier necesidad extra que requiriésemos.

Appartamento spazioso nel cuore di Viterbo. L’arco in pietra è un dettaglio unico che ti fa sentire immerso nella storia. Perfetto per famiglie o coppie, con tutti i servizi e parcheggioa pochi passi. Posizione insuperabile per visitare la città a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Apartament ample en el cor de la ciutat. El cotxe cal deixar-lo a 5 minuts a peu. Tanquil. Bon preu.

Que l'apartament estigui en un lloc tan cèntric de la ciutat. Tenir força espai i tranquilitat.

Que no tingui massa bona ventilació (només una finestra). Sabíem que no tenia aire condicionat, però vam passar molta calor. Convindria tenir ni que sigui un ventilador de peu al costat del llit per a poder dormir bé.

La tranquillità in pugno centro storico.

Ottima posizione, molto spartana, ma non mancava nulla. Poi comunque il costo è ottimo se ci si accontenta. È in pieno centro storico in zona non accessibile alle auto. Tranquilla silenziosa riposante, il che dopo una giornata di escursioni non guasta.

Ottima per un paio di giorni , la parte relativa alla cucina è estremamente essenziale (manca un forno). Noi abbiamo mangiato sempre al ristorante o bar. Il parcheggio è il vero tallone di Achille, è distante da casa e se si hanno un po di valige è un vero tour de Force.

La posizione è perfetta per poter visitare Viterbo a piedi, girando a piacimento per il bel centro storico. L'appartamento collocato in pieno centro presenta alcune caratteristiche antiche particolari e affascinanti. i locali sono spaziosi e comodi.il proprietario gentile e molto disponibile

L'unico punto negativo è stato l'odore sgradevole che aleggia costantemente nella scala del condominio,un odore pesante di cibo stantio e agliato che per fortuna non varca la porta di casa

La posizione, quasi al centro di Viterbo e vicino a due validi parcheggi. La buona dotazione di accessori di cucina, ma che non abbiamo usato avendo preferito pranzare fuori. L'arredo semplice ma gradevole.

L'alloggio è migliorabile in tanti piccoli particolari, sopratutto nel bagno.

Struttura accogliente, spaziosa, fornita di tutto. Come da foto e anche di più. Check in e check out facile e comodo. Posizione centrale eccezionale vicina a piedi a tutto, per girare la città e con comodo parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Appartamento silenzioso giorno e notte. Leonardo il proprietario sempre disponibile e presente. Viaggiato in 5, 3 adulti e due ragazzi

Suggerirei solo una tendina oscurante per la finestra del soggiorno-cucina perché per chi dorme sul divano-letto (comodo) sarebbe apprezzata 😊
