Nice apartment in historic town - no direct car access

Elisabetta, who gave us the keys, was very helpful and nice, we had talked on the phone beforehand and she helped us find the location. The apartment is in the historic town, very nice vibe, but that means that you have to park your car some 10 minutes away.

Hot water was scarce, we didn't know if the water heater was turned on ok or not - it says don't touch.

Great location and good price

Very clean house and great location. We found in the apartment all we needed and check in and checko out was very easy. The host was very helpful

Comfortable and roomy but very hot!

It was spacious and the beds were comfortable and it had a kitchen, washing machine and drying rack for clothes. So it met all pilgrim needs and also was in a good location.

However, even with the fans provided, the whole apartment was very hot and stuffy. I would highly recommend getting air conditioners for each bedroom. Having the windows open at night made it hard to sleep because of all the restaurants in the street outside the apartment. Having air conditioning would enable guests to keep the windows closed, avoid mosquitoes and close out the street noise.

We were late for 2 hours, but Simona has been waiting us for check in. Location and atmosphere is perfect. For a 1 minute walk are plenty of bars and cafes. I strong recommend this appartment to descaver Etruscan civilization !

Bene ma non benissimo

Appartamento molto centrale e ben attrezzato. Buone le indicazioni e apprezzato il servizio del parcheggio gratuito.

Purtroppo non funzionava l'antenna tv. Inoltre la doccia perdeva acqua per cui si è allagato tutto il bagno che ho dovuto faticosamente asciugare.

Bellissima esperienza

Appartamento carinissimo situato in una delle strade più belle di Viterbo. La struttura è completa di tutto (spaziosa cucina, lavatrice, stendino…). I proprietari molto attenti e disponibili. Molto comodo il parcheggio a 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Consigliato!

Casa immersa nel quarteire medievae di San Pellegrino, bello e suggestivo. La posizione permette di raggiungere yutte le attrazioni di Viterbo città a piedi.

Il parcheggio è fuori le mura e se si hanno bagagli non è molto agevole il trasporto. Andrebbe indicato im modo chiaro nella descrizione

Bello, ma il riposo vero rimane una chimera.

Posizione centrale, alloggio di ampia metratura e pulito, cortesia (via WApp) della signora che ci ha fornito le indicazioni.

Assenza di macchinetta del caffè, assenza di gelosie e scuri interni (le tende sono insufficienti a creare buio), assenza di doppio comodino con luci annesse (addio letture), chiasso fino a notte fonda a causa dei locali vicini, zanzariera rotta, ventilatore rumoroso (climatizzatore assente), televisori non funzionanti, materassi sottili e doghe rumorose (ad ogni movimento ci svegliavamo tutti), poco spazio per fare il bidet.

To było wspaniałe kilka dni, już tęsknię do Viterbo!

Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja. Moglismy się przez kilka dni poczuć jakbyśmy mieszkali w Viterbo i to było wspaniałe. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba. A Viterbo jest przepięknym miejscem i świetną bazą wypadową na wycieczki zarówno do Rzymu jak i okolicznych miast i miasteczek. Polecam kąpiel w termach oraz spacer w pobliskiej w etruskiej nekropolii. Zachwyciły nas też kościoły Viterbo.

Posizione perfetta, nel cuore del borgo medioevale della città. Alloggio vicinissimo ad ottimi ristoranti tipici e negozi, ma cmq zona tranquilla e non rumorosa. Struttura pulita, completa di tutti i servizi, comodissima e confortevole...proprio come fossi a casa! L'accoglienza dell'host Elisabetta poi è stata eccezionale sia per i consigli molto precisi che per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità! Consigliatissima sia per famiglie che gruppo di amici.

La posizione centrale in città..la cortesia di Elisabetta pronta a darti tutte le istruzioni occorrenti e la cortesia di anticipare il check-in.

Nulla Direi che non ci si può lamentare .. quello da ricordare è che si è in pieno centro storico e sotto ci sono dei locali perciò può disturbare a chi vuole la pace ma è super comodo per coloro che vogliono vivere la città.

Viterbo è una cittadina con un centro medievale molto da bello. Da visitare assolutamente.

colore arancione di pitturazione delle pareti stanze da letto che secondo mia parere non si addicono ad un appartamento in un centro storico medievale molto bello. reti del letto un pochino rumorose. Stampelle per abiti brutte e insufficienti. Tv piccolino credo 20/24 pollici. nella stanza da letto. Oggi un 32 pollici smart costa da 150/200 euro. Questa non è una critica ma un modo da poter rimediare per far si che detto appartamento arrivi ad una valutazione del 10, dato la sua posizione centralissima, il costo giusto, e la gentilezza e cortesia della proprietaria.
