Lovely terrace in comfortable apartment.

This is a great apartment, in so many ways. You have your own front door. There is loads of room, with 2 good sized bedrooms. The terrace is lovely. There are some really nice touches. We had a car and it was easy to get into and out of town. It was a great spot for exploring Lazio.

Parking! The information needs to be clearer for overseas visitors. Where can you and where can’t you park - and how much does it cost? I don’t mind paying, I just think it needs to be much clearer if that is the case.

Nice and centrally located

Great location, in the city and also quiet. Good sized bedrooms and strong a/c. The size of the space was good. Everything seemed thought of and presented very well.

Molto bella struttura ma aime' con qualche vizio!!

arredo ottimo molto accogliente realizzato con molto gusto

le due scale interne la prima rampa che porta dal piano stradale al piano superiore e prova di corrimano e soprattutto con l'illuminazione bruciata so e costretti di sire al buio pericolosa visto le pedate ridotte e ripida l'illuminazione istallata andrebbe ripristinata!! la seconda rampa che porta dal primo piano al secondo non rispetta alcun canone di sicurezza priva anche essa di corrimano e sprovvista di ogni tipo di protezioni laterali lo spazio tra gradino e gradino e lato sinistro a salire sono pericolosissimi per bambini che potrebbero cadere e essere Causa di gravi conseguenze

Appartamento vicino al centro, completamente ristrutturato e spazioso. Arredato con gusto e dotato di un terrazzo ampio e davvero grazioso. Camere con letti comodi e bagno perfettamente funzionante. Cucina/salotto al piano superiore con finestra per accedere al terrazzo. Prezzo davvero competitivo. Torneremo e lo consiglio a tutti

Die Treppe ohne Geländer ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und in der Dusche könnte der Schimmel entfernt werden. Auch Caps für die Kaffeemaschine wären toll.

L'appartamento è curato nei dettagli. Spazioso e attrezzato. Bellissimo l'arredamento e le scelte stilistice. Bello e molto fruibile il terrazzo. Vicino alla zona centrale raggiungibile a piedi. Comodo che il bagno sia al piano delle camere.

La scala interna, molto bella da vedere, potrebbe essere poco funzionale, per alcune persone e anche per soggiorni lunghi. Potrebbe essere migliorata con un corrimano che incrementerebbe la sicurezza senza pregiudicare l'affascinante estetica.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Viterbo in una struttura strategica sia per la visita della città che dei dintorni.

Bella struttura su tre piani, curata negli arredi e nel confort degli spazi, particolarmente per il terrazzo molto godibile. Zona silenziosa benché centrale, il che ovviamente non guasta. Parcheggio sotto casa, comodissimo!

La struttura è accogliente e ben arredata, il terrazzo è il punto forte . Ci sono diversi parcheggi liberi in zona.

La struttura è ubicata a ridosso del centro storico, non ci sono servizi nelle vicinanze e la zona per raggiungere il centro storico non è raccomandabile perché frequentata da persone promiscue.

Appartamento molto bello e arredato con stile (presenti interessanti oggetti vintage) e confortevole, pulito e completo di tutto il necessario...le scale non sono affatto così terribili a meno che non abbiate bambini piccoli o disabilità specifiche, Sicuramente eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo

Rumori la notte che hanno disturbato essendo un primo piano su strada....per il resto piccole cose: la macchinetta per il caffè non utilizzabile (cialde sbagliate) e mancavano prodotti di cortesia in doccia (shampoo o bagnoschiuma)

Bellissimo appartamento a Viterbo

L'appartamento su due piani, tre con l'ingresso, è molto spazioso, molto ben arredato. L'ultimo piano della cucina è dotato di un bellissimo terrazzo. Il ceck in / out comodissimo e l'host molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo al centro. Letti molto comodi.

Tutto bellissimo. Solo le scale se si hanno bambini o per persone anziane possono essere pericolose perché senza corrimano e aperte.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

L’appartamento che si sviluppa su tre piani è un bell’esempio di recupero di un’antica struttura. Estremamente accogliente, curato in tutti i dettagli sia nell’arredo, di gusto, che nei servizi messi a disposizione. Ottima la pulizia. Fantastico il terrazzino.

Leggermente rumoroso durante la notte per il passaggio delle auto a tutta velocità nonostante le finestre di recente installazione.

Appartamento grazioso in centro

Casa del centro ben ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto. Spazi ampi. Due camere matrimoniali con armadi capienti. Letti abbastanza comodi. Cucina ben attrezzata e un bel terrazzo. Bagno con bella doccia. Host molto gentile e reattivo che ci ha permesso di fare un check in anticipato di 2 ore. Check in veloce in autonomia senza chiavi attraverso codice numerico. Posizione della casa perfetta. Per il parcheggio dipende sicuramente dagli orari per riuscire a trovare spazi gratuiti. Cmq si riesce a parcheggiare abbastanza facilmente.

Scale un po' ripide e poco adatte a persone più anziane o con problemi di mobilità. I letti cigolano un po' troppo. Andrebbe pulita la ventola di areazione del bagno che è piena di polvere.

Casa ben arredata e molto confortevole, il punto forte la terrazza enorme con tavolo da pranzo e divani per prendere il sole, leggere e chiacchierare...ottimi per trascorrere piacevoli serate in compagnia !!!!

bellissimo appartamento vicino al centro ,pulizia e camere molto spaziose molto bello anche il terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto una cena tranquilla

la macchinetta del caffe non funzionava abbiamo chiesto ma alla fine nessuno è venuto a sistemare ... inoltre unica ma secondo me grande pecca che eravamo 4 persone in casa e la donna delle pulizie ha lasciato solo mezzo rotolo gia iniziato di carta igienica in bagno per fortuna ce ne siamo accorti e siamo andati a comprarla in serata
