Spacious apartment in the center of town.

Great location, easy to get into, spacious, has everything you need. Good communication and restaurant recommendations.

A little cool at night. There were radiators but we didn’t know how to manage them.

The right choice in Viterbo

Quiet but very conveniently situated, at the centre ot town. A rare case of self-understatement: Booking mentions 100 sq. meters, but the appartment is a lot bigger - some 140 sq. meters. We didn't use much of the complimentary foodstuffs, but these strike a nice impression. We were walking the Via Francigena, and this place makes an ideal base for a couple days relaxing, cooking your favourites (if you start getting fed up with pizza and pasta...) and washing ( plus ironing, if you like) your clothes before the final stretch into Rome. And then you can gently resume your walking, just with a day pack: get out of town through amazing deep and narrow roads carved in the rock by the old Etruscans. Arriving in Vetralla, you can easily take a train back to Porta Romana. (And then rail again, back to Vetralla with all your gear next day.) Viterbo on its own is well worth a whole day, so we stayed 3 nights, and happy to do so at such an welcoming place!

At full capacity (up to 8 people), just one WC may be a problem. (Not for the 3 of us, though). Not everyone will enjoy the well intended (chemical) scents. Considering messages we exchanged, Signora Simonetta is certainly quite a congenial person. All the better for her guests' experience if she finds the time to meet them! (But we understand that some may prioritize maximum privacy)

Excellent facilities and breakfast

We had everything we needed in terms of facilities including tea, coffee and olive oil. The breakfast was really good and the location was excellent.

The metal bar round the edge of our bed was a hazard. We were concerned that we needed to use a key to get out of the building where the flat was. This would have made a quick exit in an emergency, potentially difficult.

Exceptional

The apartment was very authentic, in the old town with its magnificent atmosphere. Inside it felt like staying in a castle. The apartment had everything and even more. Basic breakfast stuff was also available, which was a nice surprise for us.

Our stay was perfect

A perfect location in the historic centre of Viterbo, close to visit city sights and also easy to reach the Thermal baths of Bagnaccio, Bullicame and Carletti. A beautiful, comfortable apartment with so much attention by the host to ensure that guests have all that is needed and exceeding for a very welcoming visit. Such hospitality that is rare to find and is very much appreciated.

Struttura consigliata!

Posizione centrale, casa fornita di tutto e di più, Simonetta è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo tutto il necessario per spuntini e colazione. Nota di merito inoltre per la velocità nel risolvere un piccolo problema con la caldaia. Consigliata!!

Forse è un pochino scomodo il parcheggio.

Grazie alle info di Simonetta tutto è stato facile. Ci ha fatto trovare anche una soddisfacente colazione. Appartamento caldo con ogni confort. Acqua sempre calda. Zona centrale ma non caotica e tranquilla

Appartamento comodo e spazioso in pieno centro!

L’appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico, è grandissimo, tranquillo e fornito di tutto! Non abbiamo incontrato l’host di persona, ma è stata molto presente e attenta. Ci ha lasciato anche il necessario per la colazione. Lo consiglio!

Niente da dire, bisogna solo considerare di fare delle scale per raggiungere l’appartamento.

Una lugar perfecto para pasar unos días.

Es un apartamento muy grande como si fuera una casa de veraneo o la casa de la abuela, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Está en el centro pero en una zona tranquila. La dueña estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos dejo dulces, pan, fiambre, licores... Una atención impecable por su parte. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado.

Hacía mucho calor y aunque había ventiladores en las habitaciones, eran antiguos y hacían demasiado ruido para dormir con ellos encendidos

La posizione è fantastica in pieno centro. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e provvisto di ogni cosa. La host è una persona gentilissima che ci ha accolto benissimo e si è resa molto disponibile.

Struttura situata nel centro storico di Viterbo, in piena Ztl quindi ideale per chi vuole muoversi a piedi. Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore, grande, con arredo un po' datato ma molto comodo e dotato di tutto. Nei mobili troverete di tutto, sale, olio, spezie, pasta, sugo, acqua, persino un prosecco. Idem nel bagno, non manca nulla. La colazione lasciata a disposizione dalla proprietaria, gentilissima, consente di soddisfare tutta la famiglia. Nel salotto troverete giochi per intrattenere i bambini. L'8 come voto è semplicemente perché ha dei limiti oggettivi legati alla mancanza dell'ascensore e all'impossibilità di parcheggiare, altrimenti avrei dato 10.

È vero che c'è parcheggio gratuito in strada ma è difficilissimo da trovare. Il parcheggio libero più vicino, ove sicuramente c'è posto, è a un kilometro e cento metri, cioè a Via Faul. Questo significa lasciare la macchina piuttosto lontano, senza custodia.

Vaste logement tranquille de 3 chambres dans le centre historique avec parking public à proximité. Nombreuses attentions : dans le frigo, des sirops, différentes boissons, de quoi faire 2 petits déjeuners différents et complets, etc. Difficile de faire mieux !
