La posizione è ideale per una notte mordi e fuggi nel capoluogo toscano. Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro turistico. Lo staff è molto cordiale ed è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il soggiorno così da non avere il peso sulle spalle quando si visita la città.
Il letto è particolarmente scomodo, per utilizzare il lavandino bisogna fare uno squat sul bidet ed il frigo non funzionava.

Il letto era posizionato in un soppalco con una piccola scala per salire spazio minimo solo per il letto matrimonale, non vi era la possibilità neppure di stare in piedi. Anche il bagno minuscolo ai limiti dell'abitabilità
