Perfect stay👌

Everything was perfect. Best stay in Kukes . Location was in main road , there was free & safe parking and garage for more secure parking for clients who want more safety for their cars .Best service , rooms were so clean and definitely the breakfast was 10/10. And the staff were very polite and friendly. Definitely we’re coming back here again .

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — spotless rooms, the BEST breakfast we’ve had anywhere, and a cozy bar to unwind after a day of exploring. Secure parking gave us peace of mind, which is priceless when you’re traveling. After checking out, our car broke down unexpectedly. But no worries! These amazing people showed up quickly with big smiles and expert help, turning a stressful moment into a positive memory. Very accommodating hotel, and very friendly staff.

The location is in a great spot, since it’s not in the main part of the city but a little outside of the city. The room we booked was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The staff is super friendly and is there whenever needed 24/7. Very friendly front desk, and accommodates to any of your needs. We booked this hotel for our wedding week and it was perfect to get away from all of the chaos. The hotel also provided us an amazing breakfast the morning after the wedding. Definitely would come back next time I’m in the city.

My family and I stopped here for one night and honestly was one of the best little hotels we have stayed at. Small family run hotel, who go above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome stay. Breakfast was included and was so delicious. Short walk into town where you can find restaurants and mini market. Had car parking right out front so if you arrive by car it’s not a problem. Don’t think twice, book this hotel if you are ever in Kukës!

This is a great hotel to stay in Kukes. Sparkly clean rooms with great staff and excellent location. Highly recommended for all ages and families. Pretty sure we will come back 🥰🥰

Excellent stop over location for travelling. Nice hotel and friendly staff

Good location for a stop off hotel, excellent breakfast which was huge and delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well put together, small bar that was a nice spot to sit for an evening drink.

After check-in the man at the front desk had to leave in a hurry and forgot to mention which room we were supposed to be staying in and appeared to accidentally give us the master door key, which meant walking around knocking on doors trying to find empty rooms to identify the correct room. Once we found the right room the cot we requested hadnt been put in the room and the desk was unmanned so we couldnt ask straight away. Fortunately when we left for dinner there was another member of staff we were able to ask.

Pleasant stay in Kukes. Quiet rooms, good location.

Delicious breakfast. The room was are very clean, view to the street and mountain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an Albanian bakery right next door. Plenty of supermarkets around with late closing hours. Same applies to restaurants.

Private parking is not separated by fence from the street, but monitored by security cameras.

Excellent facilities. Great hot water, really terrific breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and we loved the opportunity to relax with a streaming service in our language. Staff were all charming and it was a great stay.

Advertised free parking but it was actually street parking. We needed more security to feel safe with our hire car but they accommodated as best they could and allowed us to park on the small forecourt.

Best hotel in the area

High standard throughout, situated in the centre of kukesi with quick access to all main roads. The hosts are extremely friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, we stayed in the deluxe suite and was better than what we expected with ample room! Free WIFI, was very good value for money, we will be staying again. Plus our children next time. The rooms were warm and the bed huge and very was comfortable! Great continental breakfast.

A lovely new and clean room in the heart of Kukes. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Including good heating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Sehr freundliches Personal - versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen - köstliches Frühstück - super sauber - zentrale Lage - eigener Parkplatz - schöner Ausblick auf die Berge - moderne Einrichtung - sehr bequemes Bett - gute Dusche mit Trennwand.

Die einzigen weiteren Gäste des Hotels wurden direkt im Nachbarzimmer platziert und die Wände sind etwas hellhörig - kein Aufzug.

Très bonne expérience

Hôtel tres bien situé dans la ville de Kukes. À quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Petit déjeuner complet et sain. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, bien insonorisées et équipées de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Elle offre aussi une belle vue sur les montagnes avec le lever du soleil, incroyable. Le lit est tres confortable. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons fait la connaissance de Armand et sa famille. Des personnes chaleureuses et gentilles, toujours souriants et serviables. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Si vous passez à Kukës vous ne devez pas rater cet endroit! Merci ❤️

Un hotel muy moderno y con muy bonitas instalaciones y el personal muy atento lo recomiendo 100 por 100 y si vas en moto el entorno y carreteras tanto para llegar a kuked como para marchar son espectaculares .

Por poner algo pero es común en albania esta permitido fumar y con un hotel tan bonito con tanta elegancia el olor a tabaco lo afea pero como digo es común en albania.

Heel comfortabele mooi ingerichte kamers, splinternieuw en super goed onderhouden. Het lekkerste ontbijt van Albanië voor ons met veel fruit, toast met ei en avocado en heerlijke croissants. Super vriendelijke ontvangst en onze fietsen kregen veilige plek.

Grande et belle chambre neuve, bien décorée, salle de bain agréable. L’hôtel est neuf avec un parking devant. Il est bien situé. Armand a passé du temps avec nous pour nous parler, nous conseiller un restaurant et une promenade. Il nous a aidé à porter nos bagages. Petit déjeuner excellent. Merci.
