Lovely hotel where the staff are so helpful and polite

Staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. We ate breakfast and dinner outside at their restaurant and could not have been better catered for in lovely surroundings. The bar was quite something with great views and service from the 8th floor. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with lovely views from their 7th floor location.

Amazing view, perfect place, good price

The room was with amazing view on a high floor. In the hotel there is a rooftop bar with nice drinks and view to the city and nearby mountains. Our room was with very comfortable beds.

Jardín muy agradable

La cama muy comoda y grande. Buena ubicación. Recomiendo el jardín con restaurante y bar. El bar de la última planta con unas vistas espectaculares. Personal muy agradable y atento.

El parking esta en obras y no pudimos aparcar la moto. Cuando te duchas queda todo el baño mojado... aunque creo que es un sistema que se estila en Albània, ya que no es el único hotel que nos ha pasado.

Chaotisch- gebrek aan organisatie

Ruime kamer. Hotel gemakkelijk te vinden. Parkeermogelijkheden Uitzicht bar op het 8ste is leuk. Kleinschalig Het principe van de open douche , naast de WC: dit hebben we ook op andere verblijven gehad. Het is effectief onpraktisch maar op zich niet ongebruikelijk in albanie waardoor ik dit niet als een minpunt wil vermelden. De badkamer was zeer proper.

Je komt aan. Je moet de lift nemen en dan start het avontuur. Op "1" staat " hotel": dit is de verdieping met de hotelkamers. Je vindt daar niemand. Verder geen aanduiding in de lift, dus kies je voor "2": hier is de bar. Het duurt wat voor men je gegevens vindt.. en men je naar je kamer brengt ( op "1" dus😃). Om 21u30 wordt aangeklopt: men brengt een dekbed... Geen info ivm ontbijt en dus gaan we 's morgens naar het 8ste. Blijkbaar is het ontbijt in gebouw ernaast ( dus naar beneden met de lift en buiten stappen) Samengevat: in een hotel verwacht je een " onthaal", 2 minuten uitleg waaronder tijdstip / plaats ontbijt. Organisatie ontbreekt volledig ( wat ook uit veel andere reviews blijkt). Veel lawaai omdat : 1/ hotel in een residentieel gebouw zit 2/ kamers op het 7de zijn. Op het 8 ste is de sky line view bar , dewelke tot middernacht open is. En je dus de stoelen alsmaar hoort verschuiven 3/ kamer 701 de eerste op de gang is en iedereen pratend je kamer voorbij stapt 4/ er met sleutels wordt gewerkt ( ipv kaarten) en je dus iedereen hoort binnen/buiten stappen en deurslot telkens hoort openen/toedraaien -> deze punten zijn vooral belangrijk als je op zoek bent naar een rustige plaats / tijdig naar bed wil gaan Bezoekers van de bar kunnen ook uitstappen op verdieping van de hotelkamers ( en zorgt dan , in ons geval, voor luidruchtige "passanten"). Nergens aanduiding van een nooduitgang.../ een trap. Zelf vonden we het niet. We vonden wel een "kamer" van het personeel... maar hier zijn we niet verder gelopen uit respect. we weten niet wat er zou gebeurd zijn ingeval van een brand... dit kan echt niet voor een hotel.

Ein Muß auf der Durchreise!

Alles, was wir beim ersten Besuch so toll fanden. Die Erfahrungen des Besitzers in Deutschland geben dem Anwesen ein internationales Gefühl, was in Albanien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die albanische Warmherzigkeit kam beim ganzen Personal sehr gut durch. Sonnenuntergang in der Bar im 8ten Stock ist einmalig!

SkyView on our mind

Absolut alles hat gestimmt. Restaurant Gartenanlage war extrem professionell angelegt und wunderschön. Der Anblick war eine Erholung, egal wie oft wir da waren.

Bestellung von Sonderwünschen (zB vegetarisch) beim Frühstück gestaltete sich schwierig und lustig.
