I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and have always been met by polite, kind, and genuinely considerate people. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff — they’re attentive without being overbearing. The two brothers who run the place are particularly welcoming, and the rest of the team reflects that same attitude.
The location couldn’t be more central, just steps from the small alley filled with great bars and restaurants. Breakfast is exceptionally good, and the coffee is genuinely sublime.
A place I’m always happy to return to.
There’s honestly not much I can say in terms of negatives. If there were ever any small issues, they certainly weren’t due to the hotel or its staff. Overall, it’s been consistently excellent and a place I’m always happy to return to.

The free breakfast was very very good. The food in general was great and the prices were very affordable, especially considering the quality. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us with learning Albanian! The deserts are amazing
My only issues would be that the air conditioning in my room did struggle a bit on the hottest days and there wasn't a chair in my room. I was able to work sitting on the corner of my bed next to the desk but a chair would be nice.

This hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The old bazaar is a few minutes walk away. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Facilities were good because there was a restaurant on site.
Overall we were disappointed with the stay. Initially there was no hot water in the bathroom although this was sorted out quickly when we spoke to reception. There was heavy rain and the ceiling leaked quite badly which meant that we had to put bins and towels underneath and we could hear the water dripping throughout the night. When we reported it, it was clear that the hotel knew about this issue and there were signs on the ceiling of a previous leak. In the morning we were told that due to the rain it was not a buffet breakfast but we could order from the breakfast menu. There was no English menu so we couldn't read it. Reviews suggest that breakfast is often from the menu rather than a buffet as suggested in the pictures. There was also no mini bar, just an empty fridge which differed from the pictures.
