We would definitely return.

The location was good for us as we were visiting family that lives close by. The staff were excellent and the food beautiful. It was very relaxing and lovely surroundings.

We booked the deluxe suite with spa bath but when we used it to shower the water ended up all over the bathroom. The children’s area also needs maintenance as some screws sticking out.

Very lovely and modern hotel, with pool and breakfast.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are big, modern and clean. I was lucky to have a lovely view at the pool. The sunrise is breath taking. The terrace by night (at the pool) is romantic and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was delicious (you can choice from a small menu). Would definetly recommend!

It is a bit further from the center, but a taxi is not that expensive.

The Hotel is excellent , with big parking place ,the view is amaizing ,rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly with professional receptionist. The food at restaurant is very delicious. If I come back in Gjakove, I will stay again at Hotel La Villa.

Great service and good food, the room could be a little better.

The staff was amazing and friendly, food was very good and had a good price.

The bath had no plug when I arrived and the new plug the super helpful staff immediately installed couldn't be easily removed. The lights were dim and the batteries of the tv remote didn't work.

It was a pleasant accommodation

I liked the beds in the rooms it was comfy and the bathroom was clean . the café in hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The speed of the internet was good. The side walk behind the hotel was amazing.

The hotel didn't have a breakfast, The AC was very bad and sometimes it shutdown every 2 hours , even the electricity of the hotel sometimes shutdown after midnight and it was very hard to sleep at night due high temperature . The coverage of the Wi-Fi was limited in some areas .

Die Lage ist sehr gut um sich erholen zu können. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man musste nicht alle warten, obwohl es frisch zu bereitet wurde.

Da gibt es nichts zu schreiben.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ich habe mich wirklich willkommen gefühlt! Netter Gastgarten, sehr gutes Essen und gegen 5€ Benutzungsgebühr kann man im Pool am Dach des Hotels schwimmen gehen!

Altglas und Dosen werden vorbildlich getrennt und gesammelt, wurden aber leider genau unter meinem Fenster gelagert.

Tolle Lage am Waldrand, schöne Anlage mit Außenpool und Terrasse. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes Zimmer. Gutes, eher internationales Essen im Restaurant. Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Terrasse wird bis ca. 23:00 mit Musik beschallt - was im Zimmer leider unüberhörbar ist.

Bel petit adresse avec un beau cadre calme en dehors de Gjakove

J’ai apprécie l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est en dehors de la ville. De ce fait, c’est calme. Chambre propre avec tous les commodités qu’on a besoin. Beau petit balcon. Belle vue sur la terrasse et la piscine. Bon petit déjeuner.

Bestes Hotel in Gjakove.

Eine unglaublich schöne Willkommens Kultur. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, engagiert und haben alles was man angefragt hat erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr einzigartig. Am Fuße der albanischen Berge und Hügellandschaft. Das Essen war typisch albanisch. Sehr gut umgesetzt. Auch internationale Speisen sind gut. Am meisten hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. Sehr professionell und zuvorkommend.

All unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Das Personal war extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war immer super lecker und die Zimmer sauber. Beide Zimmer hatten eine Klimaanlage und waren angenehm klimatisiert. Die Whirlwanne war unser absolutes Highlight.
