This property has a great location on the west side of the island with really nice views. You can see the ocean from either one of the two balconies and hear it all night with the windows cracked. The balconies even have a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing. There are shops and restaurants located nearby, but we did mostly drive. The security seemed good, but the parking was a bit confusing as we arrived late and I had to call the tow company to verify I was OK. The elevator was nice and the luggage cart was a life saver. The instructions for the lock box were good and it worked perfectly. The unit was in great shape and it had everything we needed. The location was amazing and being able to walk down to the ocean in 2 minutes to see the sunset was too cool! The property does include parking. Even though the spots are not assigned, we never had a problem finding a spot. The living space was very comfortable with a large couch, nice coffee table and a smart TV. The kitchen was very nice as well. The appliances were nice and worked well and there were more than enough dishes, pans, silverware and glasses. The dining area was nice and roomy as well and would easily accommodate six. The wi-fi worked well and stayed connected. The bathrooms were both very nice and the showers worked well, had hot water and great pressure and even included soap and shampoo. The master bed and linens were very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. The closet space is also more than adequate. Staying here a week, the washer and dryer were very handy and worked well. I would most definitely stay here again on my next visit!

There is not much to complain about. I would have given it a 10 if it would have had A/C. It got a little warm during the day, but it did cool down fairly quickly when we got back and opened up the doors and windows. We knew going into it that the A/C was not included, but most of the units in the area don't include it. I wouldn't let it deter me from staying here again!

The location was great, fully supplied kitchen and beach gear. The view was spectacular and the pool was nice.
