Papakea B403 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo on the 4th floor with elevator access and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The nightly rate is for up t o6 guests and for each additional guest a $75 per night will be applied to the rental rate. Enjoy a fully equipped and updated kitchen with beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. A split air conditioning system provides cold air to all rooms! The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedrooms offers a Queen size bed and the loft bedroom has two Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom (a unique floor plan featuring three bathrooms!) The living room has a spacious sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. All bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled and feature walk-in showers. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. The perfect Papakea condo with many upgrades, great resort location and ocean views!
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the B Bldg is slated for 8/13 - 8/24/2026. Update 8/28/26: The grinding portion of the project is complete. Rain has been delaying applying the coatings to the B building ramp. The ramp is on the exterior of the building. Occupants can use the stairwell and the walkways, they just can't exit the building on the ramp until it's completed. The hallway of B103/B104 will scheduled after the plumbing work is completed in October.
· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.
Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.
Posted 10/5/26: Please be advised that the Molokai Pool and Spa will be temporarily closed for repairs from Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and will reopen on Friday, October 23, 2026. During the closure, the Lanai Pool and Spa will remain available for use. Additionally, the Jazzercise activity will be held at the Lanai Pool during this time.

Great property supplied everything they advertised. Beautiful view, convenient location. Only downside is the morning noise on and off property. Coming from eastern standard time zone, the 7 am garbage and construction noise is a bit early, but just helps get our day started earlier.

B403 is a perfect setup for a family vacation. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The unit was well equipped. Plenty of beach, chairs, snorkel equipment, a boogie board and several coolers.The outdoor grill is great for making simple dinners.

My husband and I ended up going to a hotel, the two downstairs bedrooms were ok, but there were three couples and we were in the loft. The two twin beds were so old that the springs creaked and were extremely uncomfortable… The place could have been cleaner, The chairs and couch were grimy, it looks like The place only received a surface clean., But we were just there for five days, so we cleaned and enjoyed the balcony with this beautiful view of the ocean. Sorry it’s not a better review, but you really need to replace the beds with something more comfortable. Thank you to the management for an easy check in and check out, you were excellent.
