Papakea C405 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the top fourth floor, offering fantastic ocean views! The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the C Bldg is slated for 8/21-9/11/2026.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.
Posted 8/13/26: Please note the owner of C307 plans to remove the interior tiles from their condo. Please expect loud work noise on 8/17/26 from 10am to 3pm.

The resort property was great and the condo itself was well laid-out and had good amenities. The space worked well for our group of five. But condo had not been cleaned well prior to our visit and cockroaches appeared with increasing frequency throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean unit that had everything we needed. Parking was easy. There were fun daily activities on the property grounds. Great food within walking distance. Ocean views were wonderful, and we all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Would love to return for another stay.

Lovely grounds and location. Our condo seemed a little tired. Certain rooms need paint. Small tv. Beds were not comfortable. Lovely view from balcony. Could see whales in the distance. Well equipped, attractive kitchen. All in all, a very good experience.
