Beautiful resort. The view from the balcony was the highlight of the condo. Had our coffee every morning watching the whales in the distance. Sunsets we saw a rainbow everyday and watched the turtles swim by. Location was perfect. Walking distance to food trucks and ABC store/ deli mini market. Supermarket is a block down the street . The resort is beautifully maintained, pool is nice and there are lounge chairs along the edge of beach. Pickleball courts , shuffle board, toss game and other games to play while out enjoying the premises. Cooked most of our meals, bbq on premises. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook. We bought kpods for coffee only to find out when we arrived the coffee machine uses ground coffee. . Which gave us the opportunity to try Hawaiian ground coffee. Super good coffee but very expensive. Need to bring cleaning supplies to clean kitchen. There are roaches in kitchen and condo, but it’s a humid environment and to be expected. They were at a minimum and owners do try to control. Temps were in 74-78 degree range and we never turned on the air. Nice air flow with windows and slider open. I gave 4 star only because the condo does need upgrade. Carpets need to be replaced , one bathroom shower has mold and furniture needs upgrade. There were plenty of beach towels avail. Had a washer/dryer (didnt use) have to buy your own laundry soap. Beds were very comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would return again.

The views were breathtaking and we loved to location. The reasons why this place does not get a 5 star starts with the check in process. Before our stay, I received an email from our host. He told me check in was at 3pm. Upon arrival to the resorts, frobt desk told us that check in was at 4pm. Ok, fine we'll just wait another hour, no big deal. At 4pm we headed to our room, only to find that the place has not been cleaned properly. One of the bedrooms bed was covered with wet towels, the dryer was full with beach towels, the kitchen had grease stains and the bathroom's baseboards were very dusty. The other issues that we had was the duplex stairs. They are super steep amd some of the boards were wiggly. I guess if it was just adults I wouldn't care, but with kids around we had to be extra careful. topproperly.
