Papakea G405 is a unique 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft condo with central A/C situated on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The standard rate is for up to 6 guests. There is a $75 extra guest fee that applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. Relax on the new furnishings found in the living room, while enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. The living room and kitchen look out to the lanai which has a table for six; it's the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets and spotting whales from December to April! Staying cool is easy with wonderful afternoon shade and a new split A/C system in every room! The large living space is ideal for gathering the family with an open floor plan, dining table that seats six and additional seating is available on the lanai. The remodeled kitchen has ample counter space, a new microwave and a new stove. It's well stocked with all supplies you would expect at home. Upon entrance, the first bedroom is to the right with a Queen size bed and large closet. There's a separate bathroom outside the first bedroom with a walk in shower. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy waking up to ocean views each day and enjoy a large remodeled ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The upstairs loft is the perfect room for extra guests with a Queen bed and two Twins that offer a great open space to enjoy. The living room can accommodate your additional guests with a brand new Queen size sofa sleeper. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean and starting each day with coffee on your spacious lanai. Easy access provided with elevators at the Papakea Resort.

This is a perfect condo for families or multiple friends staying at the Papakea Resort. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

No Resort or Amenity Fees!
Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.

· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.

Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.
