We absolutely loved the condo and the welcoming touches. People left some staples in pantry and we did as well. That was welcome as well. We loved location and everything was just great. The jacuzzi on the "quiet side" Def had chemicals off though. There was zero rain entire time we were there. It was very cloudy and water looked really bad in pictures. Other than that, everything was spot on. People were outstanding and gave exceptional service all around. We would definitely return.

Yes, beach and ocean view was great once they fixed the reservation, Hotels .com had us in a mountain view not happy.
But Kaanapali Alii fixed it for us!
