Location was decent, nice to have access to 3 pools, but ended up only using the small pool directly outside of our unit. Easy walk to Kaanapali and Whalers Village. People working the front desk and maintenance around the facilities were very nice and friendly.
The room was not too clean. Looks like someone had spilled liquids on the wall by the bedroom that was never wiped away, the side of the refrigerator by the sink was disgusting. Stains on the entire side of the fridge. Would have been nice to have additional sets of towels. I did wash the bath and pool towels. Both the washing machine and dishwasher were extremely loud, so had to run when we were leaving the unit. Paying over $2000 for 6 nights in a studio, I expected a little higher quality.

The location is a bit off the track for someone without a vehicle
The television was first using an old remote. Then the list of stations was old as well. Finally on visit # 3 it was rectified.
