Isla Rose Cottage

Everything. Quaint but modern , cooking and coffee/tea facilities in the room were amazing. The location was ideal for our needs. Comfort and cleanliness exceeded expectation and the host Filip was so lovely and welcoming. All the little extras were unreal! The breakfast was WOW!! Don’t have dinner the night before, save ALL THE SPACE for the breakfast!! I wish I had taken a photo! Dolly the dog was a particularly special host, she loves a pat. Free and private parking is a huge plus.

What’s there not to like. Well located accommodation. Very quaint and full of character. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of little extra touches like a complimentary minibars, fruit, biscuits and sweets. Filip was the perfect host, very welcoming, very friendly, happy to have a chat and nothing was too much trouble. Wow the breakfast was so extensive. We thought he was feeding 20 and not just 2 of us. He encouraged us take food and drink for on the road. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Nothing we didn’t like but as a suggestion to place the minibar (small fridge) on a table/cupboard or similar so as guests don’t have to bend down or squat to access the fridge. Not a problem for us but might assist others.
