The breakfast was pre-order with a wide selection to choose from. Portions were adequate with quality ingredients. The location was ideal for exploring Perthshire and would be a great rest stop for ongoing traveller's.

Fixtures and accommodations were exceptionally styled and in perfect condition. Gardens were gorgeous and food was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful guest house. The four poster room is absolutely stunning with a fantastic view over the lovely garden. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts Karen and Graham are a very pleasant couple, friendly and welcoming. The house itself is exceptional, well maintained, beautifully decorated. The hosts have incredible taste and furnishings are stunning. You can see how loved their property is by how well they maintain it. If you are looking for a wee bit of luxury then this guest house fits the bill! We are already planning our return trip!
