I ended up paying the full price, but I DID NOT STAY AT THE PREMISES.

When I arrived, the room that I booked was not available. The host blamed Booking.com for causing the confusion. I was shown the son's bedroom in the back near the back door. The room smelled musty and the pillows were old, hard and lumpy. The towel had a hole in it. This was a very uninviting experience which I just want to forget. When my son was moved to another hospital and I could not stay over, the host refused to cancel the booking. I felt that she was unsympathetic and did not care about my predicament.

No storage space for groceries. Cupboard locked . Personal items like suitcase (musty smelling) And huge matress topper Stored in available space. Picnic area Table dirty Not good area Indoors chairs not suitable Garden chairs cushions kept falling through the back . Not suitable long term 2 nights short stay only

Conveniently situated close to major attractions, near to shops and other amenities. Exceptionally clean and neat. The owners are on site and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They connected our TV to DSTV so that we could watch rugby

Coming from Gauteng we are not used to parking in the street, it was safe and there were other cars in the area that were parked in the street. Area does have good security
