Perfect Edinburgh home base
The location is fantastic. Cozy and secluded yet totally convenient to Old Town. The picnic table In the yard was an amazing place to hang out in the evenings. The house itself is big, clean, and very well provided. The bedrooms were comfortable for all of us. Getting in and out of the house was really easy.
There was no fob to open the gate, but it was never an issue. Some ride hails had a hard time finding the location.

The space , the facilities , the kitchen , the bedding and the cleanliness was excellent .
It was everything I was expecting with no unexpected let downs . My only criticism that is out of the owners control is that the location meant going down the hill and around in order to get to City centre which added time onto journeys . If the hill at the rear wasn't so steep a path to Dean village would have been amazing . Again out of owners control , outstanding house .

Logement très bien, une excellente accueil
Un très bon logement, endroit très calme, arrêt de bus à 5min à pied, un bon petit resto à 5min. À l’arrivée dans le logement, d’agréable petites attentions (bouteilles d’eau, des petites biscuits, desserts et +++…. Merci beaucoup à la propriétaire pour ces petites attentions!), il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine, les 3 chambres (2 lits doubles et 2 lits simple qu’on peut coller facilement), 2 salles de bain avec WC + 1 WC, très pratique quand on est à 4-6 personnes! Très beau jardin, avec la visite surprise du cerf! Place de parking pour 3 voitures facilement. Bref si on repasse par Édimbourg ça sera notre point de chute sans hésitation!!
