Discovering Spello & surroundings

Location (close to main attractions in Umbria i.e Assisi in 15 Min ecc) plus being right in Spello gave us the chance for evening strolls without having to move by car,so all by foot there are plenty of cute places for food and icecream shops specially novecento.The appartment has modern furniture,the main hall was spacious,our teen age daughter appreciated the apps on the TV including Netflix.Plenty of free parking if you just walk some extra Min.Clean and plenty of towels.The owner was really helpful regarding finding our way to the place & for other details.

Its not really a comment about the place It self but just bear in mind Its you need to take the stairs up.Would have been nice to have somewhere to hang some clothes,we managed but we needed to wash by hand a pants.A constructive note due to the fact and allergic to dust mites,there could be space for improving or extra dust removal under the main bed specially,the rest however was clean.

La struttura era pulita, c’era tutto l’occorrente! Posizionata al centro di Spello davanti ad un bellissimo vicolo fiorito!

I cuscini, a noi serviva una struttura dove dormire, consiglierei di mettere dei cuscini più comodi!

Bello ma ha bisogno di qualche accortezza in più

Struttura da poco ristrutturata sicuramente, comoda la posizione ed il parcheggio davanti che ti consente di scaricare le valigie. L’host Giulio gentilissimo e disponibile.

Purtroppo il divano letto scomodissimo e la porta comunicante con l’altro appartamento ti fa sentire tutto. C’era una famiglia con 2 bambini che tra urla, pianti e litigi non riuscivamo neanche a sentire la tv, consiglio di togliere la porta o mettere un pannello insonorizzato.

Gita a Spello

Pulizia confort pozione, host sempre disponibile, contattandoci al telefono, ha dato tutte le indicazioni sul come usufruire dell appartamento, sito in centro storico, con parcheggio a un centinaio di metri a pagamento ma sempre comodo. Appartamento nuovo bello e dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo consiglio vivamente

Non mi è piaciuto che dopo aver soggiornato 2 notti,al rientro sono dovuta ricorrere dal dermatologo,con diagnosi: Orticaria papulosa da punture di insetto tipo cimici

Si sta bene, è un bel posto.

L'appartamento è nuovo, luminoso e in un posto strategico a tutto, Spello e Umbria. I materassi sono comodi anche per persone sopra i 190cm.

Qualche dettaglio mancante o lasciato indietro, che si giustifica pienamente con il fatto che evidentemente è stato appena ristrutturato, qualche particolare ma che non da fastidio al soggiorno.

Nel complesso un ottima struttura, nuova, accogliente, comoda in tutto e particolarmente centrale. L’hoste molto gentile

Della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto, l’abbiamo trovata fresca e accogliente!!!ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La posizione, terribilmente centrale ha reso tutto più comodo con un bambino piccolo.

Stupendo, pulito e posizione perfetta

Appartamento ideale per la posizione nel borgo e per la posizione di Spello che permette si visitare molti luoghi nei dintorni, a tema culturale, paesaggistico, gastronomico etc Pulito e ben organizzato, proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile a fornire informazioni e ogni supporto necessario.

Abbiamo notato una linea wifi abbastanza instabile, da migliorare. Inoltre, noi come famiglia, avendo soggiornato diversi giorni, suggeriremmo di valutare di mettere una lavatrice

Appartamento carino, al centro del piccolo paese di Spello posizione buona. si capisce che è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione. Può migliorare. Da apprezzare il chek in autonomo.

Nel bagno non c'era nemmeno un sapone, neanche quello per le mani, Rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato ( a metà ) non è cosa carina secondo me.

Posizione perfetta per muoversi per il centro. Struttura vicina ad ogni servizio.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

La posizione è perfetta. Vicino al parcheggio e al centro. L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione. Il mobilio è nuovo. Bagno nuovissimo con ampia doccia. Cucina con tutti gli accessori che servono. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4. Letto matrimoniale e divano letto comodi. Funzionale smart tv con Netflix e Dazn incluso. Infissi a prova di bomba. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è imbattibile.

Manca ancora qualche piccolo oggetto di arredamento, segno anche della recente apertura, ma tutto rapidamente e facilmente rimediabile.
