The rooms were comfortable and big enough for everyone to fit and sleep comfortably. They all have AC which brings the temperature to a comfortable one even in the heatwave when we visited, which is great. The host was responsive to messages and we were able to check in early (at 10:30 AM) for a fee of €20, which I think is good value for money because you would pay similarly just for luggage storage in the city center, but with early check-in it's much more convenient because you can also take a nap/shower/relax for a bit (especially useful if you have an early morning flight). The kitchen has everything needed, and all appliances and objects are described in a manual the host sends upon check-in. I appreciated the dishwashing kit, with new sponges and detergent packed nicely in a small bag, it was a small but nice gesture. The kitchen also acts as the common area, with a table with enough chairs for everyone and a TV. The bathroom also has everything you need, including towels and shower gel for everyone, but there is only one (which is clearly stated in the description), so plan accordingly. The neighbourhood is very pretty, with those "classical" postcard Italian houses. It's pretty walkable to the city center, but also close to a bus station. Thank you to our host for a great stay!

The table in the kitchen was a bit sticky and some glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Not all bedrooms have TVs (I think there is one bedroom with a TV besides the TV in the kitchen), but we didn't really mind that. The kitchen is the only common area in the apartment, so it would be nice to make it a bit more comfortable for the group to spend time there - for example by replacing some chairs on the corner of the wall with a corner sofa. This is more a suggestion than a complaint, we enjoyed ourselves anyway.

Solitamente si trova almeno una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo… è solo un dettaglio… per il resto tutto a posto.

Casa pulita, molto bella e rinnovata.

Manca qualche accessorio in cucina (ad esempio apribottiglie), servirebbero altri cuscini. Un peccato ci sia un bagno solo. Inoltre pensavamo che il centro storico fosse più vicino.
