The room was large and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small fridge which was useful. Access to a beautiful garden with a bench which we sat on to eat our takeaway which was only 10 minutes walk away. Large TV. Lovely en suite shower and w.c. We didn't use it but it was on a bus route. My husband felt so at home he watered the garden

It was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The hosts were very helpful and pleasant. We could park outside the room.
The location, in the middle of a housing estate, was unappealing but in fairness there was access to a well kept back garden. The en-suite was small but functional.
