Apartment was comfortable, and a good location.
Struggled to find the apartment, as 5 and 6 apartments are at the back of the building, tradesman's entrance passed the bins, no sea view as expected and no parking space as promised on the web site.
Expensive when no view and parking spot available.

The property was very clean, closely situated to the fantastic beaches. Lots of stuff to keep the kids busy. Everything that we could possibly need for a hassle free holiday could be found in the apartment, it really was like a home from home and there was even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and some scones, jam and clotted cream.
Could not find one fault at all.

The location of the property was great! Such an easy walk to the park and beach and we walked to Paignton a few times. Apart from going to the supermarket, we didn't need to use our car at all.

It was well appointed, everything was in good condition, good cupboard space and coat hangers in bedroom
The property was excellent, we were a bit disappointed there was no view and the outside table/ chairs were in the shade most of the time, but we were out and about most of the time so it wasn’t so bad!
