The Garden Room sleeps five guests and boasts lovely countryside views. Near to the town of Paignton, there’s plenty to do.. 10 steps to entrance.

Living area: Freeview TV, French Doors To Patio
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Zip And Link 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Single (2ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating included. Travel cot. Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: There are steps from the parking area, but it is level with the garden and lane to the side.. Both properties: Gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other property on-site). Patio with garden furniture and barbecue. No smoking.. The Garden Room is a self contained wing of the owners home, with views across to open countryside. Comfortably furnished it retains nice features with exposed stone walls. The Berry is adjacent to The Garden Room and is approached by external stone steps. Comfortably furnished offering an ideal hideaway for two. Visit the zoo or take a steam train ride to Dartmouth. Torquay, 4 miles offers a wealth of water sports, sandy beaches and good selection of shops and restaurants. Dartmoor National Park, South Devon Coastal path within easy reach. Pub serving food 1 mile, shop ½ mile.
