Went to Udine for a concert. Gorgeous little boutique hotel with owners managing it. Gorgeous fittings in the room, nice

Udine Jazz festival enjoyed with great stay at the Townhouse

Perfect location. Great ones. Round the clock assistance per whatsapp to find guides, activities and even open the room after I forgot the key.

Carpet was the main floor material in the hotel: corridors, rooms. Only the bathroom had tiles. Even being very new and recently renovated, I still prefer hard floors.

Lovely stay. Lovely owners, lovely city

Property is modernized with design flair. The owners, Enrique and Jihane were super helpful and nice. Comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and service every couple of days. Small elevator is useful if you are on the upper floors.

We couldn’t find channels on the TV but then we are technologically challenged.

The location, cleanliness, responsiveness of the host, and comfort and style of the room were all exceptional.

A small mini fridge would have been helpful, not necessary but would have added to our comfort levels.

charmantes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

charmantes kleines Hotel, superbequeme Betten, gemütliches Zimmer mit Nespresso Maschine und kostenlosen Mineral Wasser, unkomplizierter sehr freundlicher check in, ca 500m Fußweg ins Zentrum, ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Parkplatz für zwei Euro am Tag, es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, jedoch gibt es in der Nachbarschaft mehrere Kaffees und Bars, ... kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Il pernottamento alla TownHouse è stato molto piacevole. Il palazzo si trova di fronte al teatro G. Da Udine in un punto molto strategico e agevole per raggiungere il centro citta. Si tratta di un palazzo storico ristrutturato conservando il fascino dell'epoca grazie ai pavimenti e ad una splendida scala in legno che serve tutti i piani ( l'alternativa è l'ascensore). Ho particolarmente apprezzato la volontà di conservare e valorizzare la struttura originaria, ma riconosco che lo scricchiolio del legno può non piacere a tutti. La camera era bellissima, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Molto particolare la soluzione della doccia a vista, belle le finiture, i toni di colore e gli arredi. La stanza è dotata di macchina per espresso corredata da alcuni cioccolatini e biscottini, utilissima per una colazione veloce e un risveglio avvolto dall'aroma del caffè. Siamo stati accolti bene e la proprietaria non ha esitato a darci la sua disponibilità in caso di necessità; veloce ed esaustiva nelle risposte. Ambiente curato, silenzioso, pulito. A me è piaciuto tantissimo!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Zentrumsnähe

Die Wohnungen befinden sich in einem kürzlich renovierten Stadthaus. Schöne ruhige Lage (vis á vis des Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine) und in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum (Piazza I Maggio). Unser Apartment hatte in allen Zimmern (außer im Bad) einen hochflorigen Teppich. Die Heizung wird über die Klimaanlage gesteuert und man kann sie individuell in jedem Raum getrennt einstellen. Das große Doppelbett war außerordentlich bequem. Das Wasser aus Flaschen ist unbegrenzt gratis, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln und Zucker, sowie einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Café, Bäckerei und Osterien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Uns hat alles gefallen! Das Hotel ist nur einen kurzen Fussweg von der Innenstadt entfernt, vor der Haustüre gibt es diverse Parkmöglichkeiten (scheinbar gratis Straßenparken, ein günstiger offener Parkplatz für ca. 2-4€ für einen Tag, und eine Parkgarage für scheinbar ca. 15€/Tag), der Empfang und die Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich, und das Zimmer war eine Wucht und hat genau unseren Geschmack getroffen.

L’Hôtel est parfaitement situé et est idéal pour un séjour en amoureux - les chambres y sont spacieuses et très bien aménagées. L’hôte de maison a de superbes recommandations et se tient à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes vos questions - au plaisir de le revoir sur Paris !

Lyxigt och bekvämt boende med promenadavstånd till stadskärnan. Klimatanläggningen var riktigt bra och luften i rummet alltid behaglig trots heta dagar. Trevligt med kaffemaskin, småkakor och vatten på rummet. Bra service och snabbt emottagande trots att vi anlände ett par timmar tidigare än planerat. Modern hiss. Skön säng. AirPlay på TVn. Vi hade bil och hittade enkelt gratis parkeringar på gata eller torg runt hörnet. Området lite lugnare, men ett par bra caféer och restauranger nära och inte turistig känsla. En väldigt genuin osteria i huset bredvid.

Typ inget, det var toppen. Wifi lite segt möjligen.

The Townhouse ist eine grandiose Unterkunft. Die Gestaltung des Zimmers war absolut stimmig und mit hohem ästhetischen Anspruch. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Geschmack und Anspruch an ein schönes Ambiente eingerichtet wurde. Tolle Farben, tolle Stoffe, tolle Raumaufteilung. Auch die Duschkabine im Zimmer mit Glas + weißem Vorhang ist perfekt, da hierdurch noch ein helles Element im Raum geschaffen wird, wodurch der Raum größer, heller und offener wirkt. Das Bett ist super bequem. Der kleine Schreibtisch im vorderen Teil des Zimmers war ebenfalls super arrangiert. Daneben die Kaffeemaschine - ich konnte sofort am Morgen eMails bearbeiten und einen leckeren Kaffee trinken. Auch das Treppenhaus ist farblich sehr schön gestaltet und durch das Holz noch sehr original, wie man sich das Treppenhaus in einem etwas älteren -sehr schönen- Haus vorstellt. Der Fußweg zur Innenstadt ist kurz und ausgesprochen schön zu laufen. Auch sind direkt um die Ecke 3 Bars / Cafes, die tolle Getränke und Kleinigkeiten anbieten. Wir konnten deutlich früher einchecken als angekündigt - Danke für die Flexibilität! Die Bewertung ist 10+, da meine Erwartungen übererfüllt wurden und ich mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt habe.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit sehr herzlicher Gastgeberin

Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bieten alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Besitzerin ist nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal im Townhouse und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Mir fällt nichts ein, das ich verbessern würde.

Sehr gute Lage, 10 Min in die Fußgängerzone, Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Parken in der Garagenbix € 10,-/Tag oder öffentlicher Parkplatz beim gegenüberliegenden Teather € 3,-/Tag. Die Suite ist modern ausgestattet, schönes Design. Perfekt für ein romantisches Wochenende!

Accoglienza raffinata e location perfetta

L'atmosfera ed il décor delle parti comuni e delle camere sono cromaticamente molto raffinati. La camera é comoda con tutto il necessario e un gradito vassoio di cortesia e macchina Nespresso . La posizione davanti al Teatro nuovo é perfetta anche perché da' la possibilità di parcheggiare molto vicino. Vicinissime piu' di una caffetteria e pasticceria per la colazione. Il centro é raggiungibile in soli dieci minuti a piedi.
