Your bed in Udine

This is the place you want to rest after arriving to Udine. The underground parking at Parcheggio Magrini is just 2 minutes of walking time. The staff is superhelpful and friendly. The food you can eat is very nice and their wine selection is impressive. And this place is always full of locals. And last but not least comfy bed in carefully furnished and equiped rooms

Perfect weekend in Udine

The room is outstanding, even a fireplace inside! The style, furniture, bathroom - everything was really comfy and beautiful, we felt outstanding here. Next time we come to Udine we will definitely stay here again - maybe check out different rooms - the style of this place is simply amazing! Bathroom was big enough, bed was comfortable, we had enough place for our stuff! The location couln't be better, enough restaurants and caffees around, you even get a discount in the pastry next door for the breakfast and great coffee! Recommend!

It was really hot in the room when we came - but there is a aircon so you can cool it down any time. Maybe a secon room card would be good, as without you don't have power to charge stuff or leave the aircon on while you're away. Also people should know that the access to the room is only a narrow staircase and through the narrow restaurant - so if you have big and heavy luggage you shoul consider it. Parkin with car also not possible next to the hotel, as it is old town. we came with motorbikes, so it was no problem for us!

City center foody treasure

We highly recommend this wonderful place in the city center of Udine. The love and efford which was dedicated arranging the rooms is exceptional. The staff is superfriendly and always helpfood. And the food and wine offer in the restaurant typically Friulan.

We stayed for one night and for what we needed, the Location was great. The Staff was nice and helpful. Also it felt secure. The roomsize was great, Bed was comfy and the Bathroom was amazing, I wish it would have been winter so I could have tried the Jacuzzi-like Bathtub. For High-Season Price was good.

We had a very, very poorly soundproofed room. We could hear every step or move of the upstairs Neighbour and their late night activities. But - as we just stayed for one night we didn´t really bother asking for change. As it was a very Hot Day/Night we used the A/C but it didn´t really help, probably because of its age.

Very good price, very beautiful room, clean and quiet in a very nice old building in the middle of the historical center of Udine. Literally surrounded by the best places of interest in the old town.

A nice location, great food and nice staff.

The location is great. The staff also is very nice. The room is nicely decorated, perhaps too much. Clean bathroom and room. A big plus is that this is a Locanda so you can stay at the terrasse or in the restaurant where they serve great food and drinks - and prices are quite good.

The room is facing an internal courtyard, so quite dark. So if you want to read or do some smartworking just forget it. Wi fi connection is also not very powerful. The other weak point is the noise. You hear clearly your neighbours and the people that use the stairs.

Paghi la posizione e il design, il servizio è da rivedere

La locanda in sé è carina, molto particolare come design (a noi è piaciuto molto, può non piacere). Personale molto gentile, e ci è stato applicato uno sconto per alcuni disguidi avuti. La posizione è strepitosa ma attenzione è all'interno della ZTL pedonale (ci si può arrivare vicini, 100m, parcheggiando su strisce blu ma i posti sono pochi - il parcheggio multipiano non è vicinissimo a piedi).

La locanda è gestita male. Già il fatto che la colazione non è inclusa con quel prezzo è quantomeno inopportuno, e la caffetteria convenzionata è strepitosa di qualità ma costosa. Poi il fatto che lo stesso personale debba seguire sia l'osteria sia le camere comporta problemi di orario e ahimé anche dei disservizi di una certa gravità. E dovrebbero essere molto più chiari sulla faccenda ZTL, probabilmente mi arriverà la multa. Così come è non ci torneremo. Rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non accettabile, non posso pagare solo la posizione.

Das bestellte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, da es bereits an jemand anderen vergeben war! Sie haben uns ein klitzekleines Zimmer vorgeschlagen, welches offiziell gar nicht gibt und welches auch durch das kleine Bett nur für 1 Person geeignet war. Auch das Parkhaus, in dem das Cappello früher einige Parkplätze hatte, gibt es nicht mehr. Nur das offizielle Parkhaus, welches überfüllt war. Ich habe früher öfter im Cappello übernachtet und es hat immer gut geklappt! Sie haben gemeint, wir hätten direkt buchen sollen! Wir haben nicht im Cappello übernachtet, mußten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen und werden auch nie mehr im Cappello übernachten!

Guter Stop auf der Alpe-Adria Route um Udine zu erkunden

Das Zimmer ist sehr, sehr schön. Personal sehr nett. Fahrrad im hinteren Bereich des Restaurants untergebracht. Zentral, mitten in der Fußgängerzone untergebracht.

Fahrrad im Flur des Restaurant, vor den Toiletten abgestellt. Eng und unkomfortabel. Kann nicht fest angeschlossen werden. Aber fühlte sich nicht unsicher an. Leider hat auf meine vorherige schriftliche Rückfrage niemand geantwortet. Aber vor Ort sehr herzlicher Empfang und freundliche Kommunikation.

Location fantastica in centro città ho mangiato benissimo giù alla locanda tornerò certamente.

Ospiti maleducati giunti alle 24.00 che urlavano salendo le scale in legno. Forse bisognerebbe avvisare gli ospiti di osservare il silenzio dopo le 22.00

Bello!

Zona centrale, vicino all'università!! Si trova a letteralmente 2 minuti da quella che credo sia la piazza principale. Intorno ci sono bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, pasticcerie, negozi. Non troppo lontana dalla stazione! Il personale è carinissimo, gentile e super disponibile!!

Non è stata una cosa negativa per me ma considerate che non c'è l'ascensore nella struttura.
