perfect Italian hospitality!

It‘s a pity we could stay only one night! The suites are brand new and exactly as in the pictures. The community kitchen & terrace are lovely and very comfy, the kitchen is very well equipped with free fruit, cakes, cookies, juices & coffee. The rooms are situated in a quiet courtyard in the center, directly opposite of a stylish enoteca and a welcoming local osteria - we loved it and will come again when in the area!

Amazing location and accomodations

Amazing stay. The host was very friendly, and helped us by reserving a parking spot in front of the accommodation. The place is well located, very close to food places. Also, very modern and clean. There is a kitchen/ terrace for anyone to use with snacks/ coffee/ fruit.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Cormons

We stayed here in June 2025 and had an absolutely fabulous time. The accommodation is very new and simply beautiful. You can tell that Luca and his wife truly love what they do, every detail is just right. They were incredibly friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit in the area. The apartment is located right in the center of Cormons, making it the perfect base for exploring the town and the nearby wineries. Directly across the street is the local Enoteca, offering all the regional wines and delicious food at very fair prices. There’s private parking available, as well as a secure space to store bicycles. The area around Cormons is stunning and perfect for cycling and wine tours. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need: coffee machine, dishes, snacks, fresh fruit, and more. There’s also a lovely terrace to enjoy. In our room, we had a separate fridge for our personal use. Additionally, they offer extra wellness treatments that meet the latest standards, a great option if you're looking to relax even more during your stay. We give it a 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Tutto! Dall’accoglienza alle stanze era tutto perfetto, ottima colazione molto variata e con prodotti di ottima qualità, le stanze erano comode spaziose e molto pulite. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Non potevo scegliere di meglio!!

Personale gentilissimo è disponibile per qualsiasi info, struttura nuova e comoda in tutto, posizione praticamente in centro, per chi ama il vino di fronte si trova l'enoteca di Cormons dove poter bere molto bene, poi tanti altri locali interessanti, tanti servizi tra cui anche un garage per le bici molto comodo per chi ama girare in bike, sicuramente quando tornerò in zona vado a colpo sicuro!!

Struttura nuovissima in pieno centro di Cormòns, con finiture di pregio e dimensioni generose delle camere. Un plauso particolare al titolare Luca, che ci ha accolto con calore e una bottiglia di vino locale. Da ritornare per testare i servizi longevity.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Super Lage direkt am Hauptplatz von Cormons. Neue, moderne, sehr großzügige und saubere Zimmer. Ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Gemeinschaftsraum inkl. Terrasse. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Doppelbetten könnten ein bisschen breiter sein.

Nous avions réservé 4 chambres pour 2 nuits. L’hôtel est entièrement rénové et de très bon goût. L’accueil de Luca était vraiment très chaleureux. L’endroit est très calme et charmant.

Absolument aucune remarque négative à faire. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et le séjour dans son ensemble était parfait.

De accommodatie is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes en makkelijk bereikbaar. De eigenaar heeft ons heel goed geholpen met het regelen van een wijnproeverij en ‘s morgens ontbijt bij een cafe in de buurt.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Piazza Maggio. Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof direkt vor dem Haus. Neu und modern eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Klimaanlage. Gute Betten / Matratzen. Sichere Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit. Gut ausgestatteter Gemeinschafts- Frühstücksraum mit Sitzgelegenheiten innen und außen auf Terrasse. Obstkorb und Espressomaschine mit Kapseln. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

ottima posizione, molto pulito, molto bello. Per chi ha le bici ottima posizione di partenza per fare il giro delle colline del Collio.

i cuscini erano troppo morbidi, metterei a disposizione anche dei cuscini memory.

Nové moderní apartmány poblíž centra

Úplně nové apartmány, kousíček od centra Cormons. K dispozici je plně vybavená kuchyňka s čerstvým ovocem, kávou. Doporučujeme využít skvělou nabídku na bohatou snídani v blízké kavárně. Luca nám dal skvělý tip na restauraci uprostřed místních vinic. Na letiště v Trieste jsme dojeli za 20 minut. Rádi se vrátíme.
