The hotel is very modern and stylish. The hotel is right on the beach, in the middle of a very modern sailing school and yacht marina, built by Red Bull. There are a lot of sailing teams and kids on sailing camps around. The atmosphere is focused on sport and community. The staff very friendly and helpful.
It's less a hotel for couples, but rather a hotel for larger groups of people, with most facilities located in a bigger shared room, like kitchen, coffee, and TV. This community room is shared by three or four double rooms. The community room, like everything else, was spotless and very well organized. The hotel room itself was quite small. The beach is very well maintained, but the water was not clear, a lot of seaweed.

Brand new property with state of the art design, far above normal Italian standard
No warm water on the first day, seems to be common issue as also reported by others. Issue was addressed and immediately fixed by the team on the following day!
