Definitely will come again, but next time not in November instead in Summer period!

Brand new property with state of the art design, far above normal Italian standard

No warm water on the first day, seems to be common issue as also reported by others. Issue was addressed and immediately fixed by the team on the following day!

Die Modalität beim Frühstück trübt den sonst sehr guten Eindruck von der Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist neu, modern, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Für den doch nicht so günstigen Preis ist es nicht zu verstehen, dass beim Frühstück nur ein Kaffee und ein kaltes Getränk inkludiert ist. Jedes weitere Getränk ist zu bezahlen. Ein Bircher Müsli wird ohne Joghurt serviert.

Für uns eine Katastrophe!

Es ist wirklich liebevoll ausgestattet. Und auch sehr hochwertig. Sehr gute Betten. Bestelltes Taxi war pünktlich da, kostete allerdings das doppelt von dem von der Rezeption angegebenen Preis.

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser!!!!! Ein no Go!!!!!!!!!!Telefonisch und per Nachricht nicht erreichbar. Auch Booking.com hat die Unterkunft nicht erreichen können. Der Fernseher lief nicht, habe die andere Fernbedienung aus dem Gemeinschaftsraum geholt dann ging es. Vor dem Haus bis zum Tor nur Schotter also für Menschen die beeinträchtigt sind nicht die besten Voraussetzungen auch wenn man ohne Auto dort ist wie wir… den Koffer 250 Meter über den Schotte zu ziehen ist jetzt auch nicht soooo toll. Leider ist alles sehr hellhörig. Die Rezeption ist 532 Meter entfernt, sollte klarer kommuniziert werden. Auch die Adresse sollte überprüft werden und mehr Beschilderungen, kein Taxifahrer hat es auf Anhieb gefunden.

Fast perfekt, Service muss noch dran arbeiten.

Natürlich noch sehr neu, August 25 erst eröffnet worden. Nichtsdestotrotz ausgesprochen perfekt renoviert, stylisch, perfektes Design, ausgesprochen liebevoll an alles gedacht.

Außer, das warmwasser (Oktober !!) nicht möglich war, somit war Duschen, bzw. Die Badewanne im Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer nicnt möglich. Leider keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen. Im Restaurant wurde die Hauptspeisen vergessen, nachdem wir nachgefragt haben.

Relax dopo il lavoro!

Finalmente qualcosa di nuovo a Monfalcone! Vado spesso per lavoro e mi mancava qualcosa di qualità e con un standard internazionale in zona. Tutto nuovo, tutto ben curato (dalla lenzuola del letto, ai prodotti di cosmesi in bagno). Complimenti! Ps. Da non dimenticare la vista mare impagabile!

Molto bello ma da migliorare certi aspetti che ho elencato prima.

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che la struttura dava subito sulla spiaggia, la possibilità dell’ombrellone e sdraio sia in spiaggia che fuori alla struttura.

Nella camera non era presente il bidè, avevamo chiesto di cambiare gli asciugamani che avevamo usato, ce li hanno dati ma non hanno tolto dalla camera quelli sporchi.
