Good residence. Good soundprooving from traffic noise. Free safe on site parking. Comfortable bed. Electric water kettle

There is no reception and you have to call when you arrive. The start was not very good because the room that was assigned to us hasn't been cleaned up, so we were given a room of another type and lesser value (we were refunded of 10 euros and the hostess said she was sorry more than once, though). The room was not very big, the bathroom even smaller (the door was bumping into the bidet). The hand soap dispenser was empty. No shelf in the showerbox. There should have been more hangers in the closet. There were few electrical plugs, and just one of the type that was serving for the fridge, the electric water kettle and the hairdryer. The fridge was not plugged in and cold when we arrived

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Die Dusche war hervorragend. Kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof. Kurzer Weg nachTriest oder Grado. Trotz direkter Lage an einer sehr befahrenen Straße ist es ruhig, da die Fenster gut schließen.

Obwohl check in Zeit ab 15 Uhr ist, mussten wir bis 17 Uhr warten um das Zimmer beziehen zu können. Ausserdem war die Frau die uns dann endlich den Schlüssel gab sehr unfreundlich.
