Superb Wellness & Spa and Top Restaurant

the hotel has an outstanding wellness - spa area which is amazing for Italy with very good saunas, turkish bath, swimming pool as well as ample space. the treatments are very good and the restaurant is one of the top places in Northern italy. highly recommended. there is very good parking and the breakfast is typical continental. the staff is very pleasant and nice.

the rooms are probably a little bit simple but the overall stay was excellent.

An amazing restaurant

The restaurant of the same name was extraordinary. The food was exceptional and the stay at the hotel worth it just for that. The room was big and bed very comfortable.

The location is outside the city center so rather have a car to visit the city center

Modern and comfortable stay

Property is very nice. Big suite if you are looking for more than a typical Italian hotel room. Definitely for couples, not really a family hotel but they could accommodate. Alcove suite has large working bathtub which is a treat when travelling. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Shower in that room could use some refurbishment. Hotel not in historic center but not far. Overall nice place to land for a night or two.

Very good accommodation. Very nice to be able to enjoy the swimming pool. It would be nice to include at least one path to the spa. Staff very friendly. The American bar is very nice.

We were happy enough here !

Breakfast was just okay (but costs also just EUR 9 each), the gym equipment mostly doesn't work. Our room - Master suite - was good/comfortable but at first they wanted to put us in the Alcove suite, which would not have been good - It's basically a big jacuzzi ! The hotel is outside the historic/pretty downtown area, but there's decent shopping nearby. Altogether this hotel is good value for money. The restaurant is said to be great, but we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to try it.

Delightful.

Breakfast was so fresh made everyday, and the staff were so nice, helpful and polite. I couldn't get taxi from my app so I request from receptionist everytime I want to head to somewhere. And they are more than happy to give you recommendation on the town/places to visit. Thank you so much for taking care of tourist like us.

It is very slippery in the bathtub, it'd be great if there was a bath mat.

This is a very overpriced hotel. Looks like straight from the 80’s. Rooms are huge but not comfortable, especially bed is the worst.

speed of check in and out

Breakfast not at the level of a couple of years ago. I've chosen this hotel because of the breakfast but is now in line with others, so there is no reason to pay more for the same treatment. Room's maintenance is also worst than in the past with several little things not at the level of expectations for the room cost.

Not a hotel to come again

The view at the mountains was very nice and the parking was quite big. I could see that some parts of the room were renewed, like bathroom and it was well done. Other than that, there was not much that was memorable.

The first thing that went bad was the check-in. We waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to arrive. We asked some waiters and some staff, but no one was coming. We even tried calling the property by phone to say that we are waiting at the reception, but no one answered. When the girl finally arrived everything was quick and ok. The second thing was the half drunk bottle of water in the room refrigerator. The previous guests obviously drank a little bit and put the bottle back and no one replaced it. The rooms are not well insulated so it gets pretty loud when someone is going through the corridors. The room was ok, nothing special, but ok. I would expect much more from the 4 star hotel.
