Good place overall.

Nice and new, very good atmosphere at the bar and restaurant. Beautiful rooms, nice staff. Good value for price.

Pillows were too hard and they only had one extra pillow in double room (same hardness). It’s unfortunate because the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice but bread and croissants were not fresh. They tasted like few days old.

Good hotel, weak breakfast

The hotel is clean and modern, with a well-maintained interior. The restaurant offers good quality food, and the dinner service was polite and attentive. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant.

The main disappointment was the breakfast experience. The staff did not greet guests, and when we asked for coffee, the reaction seemed unfriendly and no words were exchanged. Items that ran out, such as meat dishes and cheeses, were not replenished during our stay at breakfast, which lasted around 30–40 minutes. This was one of the main drawbacks of the hotel, both in terms of breakfast service and the limited food availability.

The hotel was clean, everything was new and tidy, and the staff was friendly. The room is neat, the surroundings are quiet, and it’s easy to get a good rest. The location is convenient if you’re exploring nearby places by car.

The spa is charged extra and requires advance reservation, which was not indicated during the room booking. The price seems to range from €30 to €90 per person. The whole spa setup feels designed not around the guest experience, but purely around profit. Someone might simply want to go to the sauna and relax for half an hour, but that is made unnecessarily complicated. The breakfast is below average.

It’s going down the hill

Location

This hotel used to be very nice a few years ago when it first opened. Unfortunately, its quality has declined since then. The rooms haven’t been renovated since opening, and they’re starting to look quite worn down—especially the bathrooms. During my most recent stay, the room temperature was 26°C, and the air conditioning was turned off. I couldn’t adjust the temperature at all, so the only option was to open the balcony door—which had no insect screen and faced a noisy street. No solution offered from the front desk, just explanation that it’s a weekend and the system is broken, even-though she was trying to convince me at first that she will try to adjust my temperature in my room from her computer which failed to do anything. At dinner in the restaurant, I was served water in a broken glass and ended up cutting my lip. When I asked the server to replace it, I didn’t even receive an apology. It felt as though serving drinks in damaged glassware was considered normal.

I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this hotel

We stayed here for just one night, but we were very impressed. The room was spacious, bright, and fragrant, with bathrobes and small shower toiletries provided. There were plenty of towels, and one bottle of water was complimentary in the room. The reception staff were all very friendly and smiling. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, it included everything from pancakes, cheesecake to eggs, bacon, ham, cheeses, fruit, and yogurts and nutela. The only thing missing was vegetables, but they had a great selection of gluten-free bread, which I really appreciated. The shared areas looked very modern and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

The only thing that surprised and slightly disappointed me during our stay were some dirty marks and stains on the walls. It’s a very small detail, and I understand that during the busy season this can happen, but I must admit that for a hotel that otherwise looks so modern, luxurious, and beautiful, it’s something that takes away just a touch from the otherwise perfect luxury experience it offers. It’s truly a minor issue, but I did notice it a few times.

Nice discovery, amazing stay

The hotel was in perfect condition. We loved our stay there. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was extremely comfortable, and even though it was a bit tricky for us to figure out how the light switches worked, we got used to them very quickly and found them very useful. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Another plus was the restaurant, which had a various menu and convenient prices for the quality they offered. The breakfast, as well, was very good. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel!

Very modern hotel. Room was decent size and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Quiet location.

Television was very basic for such a modern hotel. Not even Netflix available. Jacuzzi was very expensive at 40€ for 2 people. Breakfast was barely adequate. Ran out of eggs and bacon before 9am.

Rooms are very well decorated and spacoous. Bed was comfortable, bathroom perfect. Restorant a la carte was exceptional. It will sound od, but black cod was probably something most delicious in myife.

Breakfast was identical all days and pretty modest for a 4-star hotel.. I suggest to include fresh salad or vegetables.
