Very pleasant and comfortable stay in small village hotel

A good selection for breakfast, staff. Location . My wife and I shared a pizza with a glass of wine each, which was excellent value, served very hot and delicious. I would recommend—a perfect ending to a busy day in Marano.

No complaints other than quite a small shower cubicle, and bear in mind I am only 5 feet tall and quite trim. Rather cramped. Although I did not go to breakfast till maybe 8 am, the hot option for breakfast was cold . Maybe a microwave available to heat it would be a good addition, as the hot option was perfect for me

Nice family run hotel, with modern designe, nice staff, good free parking, excellent restaurant with fresh seafood, great breakfast.

There is no mosquito net, so many mosquito-like insect flew in throw the opened bathroom window in the evening, but fortunately they didn't bite us. Our room had no balcony.

Superb

Breakfast was fresh, choice of fruit/vegetables, Italian cheeses and salamis, eggs, pastries sweet/salty, dairy products etc. And what an amazing was the fresh coffee every morning. Smiling and helpful service. The hotel is smaller family, has a great atmosphere, the owners Helde & Giorgia were very friendly and tried to accommodate us in everything. The hotel is located in a small fishing village near the port, where you can take a boat ride to one of the best beaches around Legano in 1 hour. By train, you can make a trip to Venice. Everything is at hand with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for families with more mature children.

+ the rooms are modern (we had 2 rooms) + the waiter was very nice (at breakfast)

- the children are not allowed in the spa When there was no option for free cancellation anymore we relieved several massages, where we where informed, that the description on booking is not correct: "We also inform you that guests with less than 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area." We traveled with two children, less that 16 years. - wellness is not in the room price: "The wellness services are not included in the room price." - the wellness was closed: "We would like to inform you that our Wellness will be close from 1st June till 30th September 2023. Our terrace solarium with outside Jacuzzi is available. This service works by reservation and it is not included in the room price." We think, this information should be available at least at the booking conformation. They waited almost two months after the booking, to send this information (when the cancellation time was over). - One bathroom was ok, the other was so small (almost like the shower in the other one). We would really like to give a higher score, but the advertising on this hotel is not, what they are offering. You should know, what to expect, when you are booking this hotel. Don't expect Wellness & Spa, like the name of the hotel says. - At the check out there was no one at the reception. No one asked, about our opinion - I would tell them. We left the keys in the bowl, like the others before us, and left (the room was paid). I just want, that you know, what you are booking.

Hotel in a picturesque, modernised Italian fishing village

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, excellent staff (Helder was super helpful and provided great coffee and latte!) and great location. The hotel is located in a small fishing village, next to a natural reserve. The fishing village has a completely renewed city centre, very clean and neat, with excellent restaurants.

A lovely hotel. Breakfast has a great variety of choices , the restaurant is modern and chic and the food is excellent with good price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating . The hotel has free parking lot beside the building. We could recommend Jo Hotel and it’s restaurant as we indeed enjoy our stay

The service was wonderful and the staff was amazing. They did beyond and above! In addition the food was extraordinary, as their wine collection and knowledge about wine. It's great to speak to people who understand. I believe that everybody who is in the area needs to experience the food and service of Jo.

Nice renovated property just a view steps from the heart of Marano Lagunare. Rooms are clean and modern equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially breakfast was a very well. We enjoyed our stay and will come back everytime.

Nice small hotel, very friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Very good location, just few minutes walk from the village center and natural reserve.

Bathroom is quite small. And it was a pity that their restaurant was closed in time of our visit.

Amazing breakfast, average rooms and service

Very cheap accomodation and very good breakfast. The rooms are okay but nothing special. Some of the staff is very nice others give you a not so welcoming feeling.

The bathroom smelled a bit weird (apparently due to the drought in the area) and also the spa area was closed because something was broken.

We booked this hotel for one night and it was very good choice. Location of the hotel is great, just few steps to main square. Room was comfortable, clean and big enough for 3 persons. Breakfast was really good. Hotel has a restaurant / bistro where people can order some food (pizza was good) and enjoy evening with a drink. Staff was very nice and helpful. I fully recommend this place.😀
