The location was close to 2 train stations, enough to sleep 8 people comfortable. The dining bench was a nice place to congregate ant eat.

Lounge seemed larger in images than in reality. Was comfortable for 3 adults at best. The stair were pretty steep to enter the premises, making it a little difficult for my mother in law.

Amazing location.

Clean and very convenient

This accommodation was the most memorable part of my Tokyo trip. As you can see in the photos, it's a beautifully renovated old house. While it has a traditional Japanese atmosphere, the facilities are sufficiently new and very comfortable. The location is especially fantastic, about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station. The surrounding area has a variety of Asian food stalls, cafes, supermarkets, and convenience stores (even a Don Quijote!), making it very convenient. Shinjuku is also nearby, so I think it's a perfect base for sightseeing in Tokyo. The room was very well maintained, and I felt at ease from the moment I arrived. The host was very kind and the check-in process was smooth. They answered my questions immediately, and I think it's an accommodation that foreign travelers can use with peace of mind. If you're in Tokyo and: * Want an experience other than a typical hotel * Want to stay in a traditional Japanese house * Prioritize location * Travel in a group I highly recommend this place to people like you. If you're staying in a room on the second floor, there's no elevator, only stairs, so you'll need to carry your luggage up.

온풍기가 깨끗하지않아 겨울철 틀면 먼지냄새로 힘들고 안틀면 추워서 힘들었습니다
