    Amazing location and views. Close to shinjuku station. A bit busier place by night but you can always take separate lanes.

    We loved the location here. Close to most attractions in the city & short walk to Shinjuku station. The hotel is very nice and our room has outstanding views of the city. Only downside for us is room size. Very small and compact, queen bed stated online is actually a double. Separate toilet & shower cubicle but not an actual bathroom. Storage was a challenge. Breakfast is lovely but be prepared to wait at times.

    The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were all friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Considering the quality and service provided, the value for money was impressive.

    It’s ideal if convenience and space are your top priorities. Surrounded with 24hrs 7/11, a kebab stall & souvenirs shops (a section for halal snacks, biscuits & chocs.). 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station and is just beside Seibu line station. The room is 23sqm; enough space for muslims to pray. Get the higher floors - 30 & above (reception is on the 18th floor) if you want to block the city noise. It is spick & span equipped with a humidifier (great for those with sinusitis), but the corridor & lifts could do with more dusting. Room requests are delivered by a robot. Cute! Overall, it is not a typical BY ParkRoyal. More like a boutique hotel with smiley & efficient staff. Although, do be mentally prepared to see people vomiting at the areas surrounding the hotel & sleeping at the pavements. Will I stay again? Yes, probably. Just gotta ensure I get the same 38th floor. :)
