    Our executive suite was a great size. Access to the executive lounge was great too. Hotel is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but connection via hotel bus.

    Big hotel. Connected to the train station. Clean Breakfast is good. Staff asks if they can serve a coffee or tea. We said no and prefer water instead. Then the staff said, ok please help yourself there is water at the buffet. We didnt get a coffee or tea, why not serve the water like u would have the coffee or tea?
